Bri helped me today. She was so knowledgeable and understanding. I am so impressed with her abilities and product knowledge. It’s been a while since I’ve shopped at Ulta, but thanks to Bri I will be back soon. Also, the young lady at checkout had a warm smile and super friendly personality. What a wonderful shopping experience!

I love Bre at the Brow Bar! She does an amazing job with my wild eyebrows and she is seriously the sweetest person. It’s a little more than I used to spend to get my brows done, but she’s worth it. She maps out your eyebrows to make sure they are aligned to your face. My eyebrows always look so good when I leave.

Love the new location! Super clean and organized - but I mostly come for Briana :) She does an AMAZING job on my eyebrows - I've been a long time customer and found her when this store opened up and thank goodness! She's beyond pleasant, super sweet, does a fantastic job and is always helpful when I have a thousand questions about so many products other than eyebrow things. She also will help you find things that suit you and your needs, not just the most expensive thing - as well as her own review which is always the most helpful! Thank you Briana!!! <3

I got my makeup done today for a wedding by Krystal and I wish I could give more than 5 stars !! WOW SHE IS AMAZING !!! I felt so beautiful!! She was awesome to talk to very friendly , helpful and EXTREMELY talented!! If you are looking for an amazing makeup artist book Krystal asap you will not regret it she is so so talented !!! Will continue to recommend her and use her for all my future makeup needs she is amazing !!!

This past weekend I went to my cousins wedding. And me I'm not the one to do good quality makeup, just something simple. I got an appointment with Krystal and I told her I have a wedding from 2 till 1 am. 1 my makeup stayed the whole day and night. 2 my hair was curled till the next morning. If anyone is looking for hair/makeup for any event or just going out, I highly recommend asking for Krystal. She does excellent work.

I come here once in a while to keep my brow shape up to date. I had a brow wax and style today with Bri and she did an amazing job! My brow shape looks so much better than when I do threading. She is so kind and makes sure you are comfortable as well. Would highly recommend her

We have been so lucky here in Wayne to have an Ulta Beauty right in town. From my first visit the week they opened, every trip has been such a pleasant experience. You are greeted and directed from the moment you walk in. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is immaculate and well-stocked and the salespeople remember their customers and our preferences.

Marilyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding the skincare products I was looking for. She showed me a range of price points for each item, and was able to clearly communicate the pros/cons of each. She also educated me on the proper order in which to use each product for optimal results. My skin was looking better in just 2 days of using her recommended products and methods.

I used the salon services here and had a blowout done by Nyla. She was so friendly and nice and is an amazing stylist! I was so happy with how my hair turned out and still looks fabulous the day after. Will definitely use her in the future.

I went to Ulta today and needed help with finding products and I was nervous but then I decided to talk to a worker Briana and she helped me so much it was such a good experience and she was very knowledgeable and really did an amazing job helping me!

BEST ULTA LOCATION!!! April and lana(couldn’t fully read her name tag) were so helpful! it was clean beautiful and professionals who were willing to help and who know makeup! and skin care! i came here immediately after leaving the other ulta in willowbrook in tears. i can’t wait to return to this location

Krystal did my make up for my Christmas party and she did an amazing job! So many compliments! Def recommend her!

My 82 year old mom wanted to have nice eyebrows and so I made her an appt with Bri. She was amazing and took great care of my mom. Her brows look great and she is so happy.

Today I went to ulta beauty and took a makeup lesson with Sabrina, it was very helpful. Sabrina was so patient with me and she is very nice. I learned alot from her. Thank you so much Sabrina.

In my experience all the employees are super helpful and super nice. I highly recommend shopping here. There is always somebody who will help you find what you are looking for. They never disappoint me.

I love that there’s now an Ulta nearby without having to go to the Willowbrook area. The store is very large with a nice selection. Staff was very kind.

First time at this new location and i’m thrilled with my experience! My sister and I were helped by the lovely Alyssa who helped us shop for everything and more! Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

Clean store, very helpful and kind staff that go above and beyond 😊 never got an attitude from a single employee. I love this Ulta!
