Their prices are fair and market value and I’ve explored more inexpensive options and I always come back to BZ. The hassles I’ve had to put up with when using other plumbers bring me back to BZ for reliability and quality.

They are professional, polite , clean and neat and have amazing communication with their customers threw the entire job. And there prices are fair. Bryan is super professional, careful, knowledgeable, and experienced. I’ve trusted him in my home for 20 years now I think. That’s saying a lot. I’ve had him fix other people’s mistakes (when a contractor brought in his own people- never again!) and it’s much better to have Bryan do it the first time!

My prior plumber went out of business. I saw BZ’s truck on my block and gave them a call. Bryan is extremely professional! He gave me an estimate on the job I called for. I walked him around to share other issues in the house. Instead of the used car salesman speech to get everything fixed, he said everything can wait and is not a priority, but one item. He came back and completed the original job. He showed up on time, very neat, and my new faucet looks and works great! I will have him back shortly to fix my sump pump. Very pleased I made contact.

When you have trouble with your oil service boiler and there is nothing to do to fix it in the cold snap of winter with no heat for over a week it is very scary to find someone to help without taking advantage of the situation. Bryan from BZ Dependable and his team were punctual from the time of the estimate to the installation. Every point he went over was addressed and taken cared of. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way they kept communication through their smart phone app and emails instantly letting you know when they were arriving and when the service call was completed they would immediately send all service details and pricing. I am very happy and warm with my new boiler and the service we received.
