It was more crowded today than any other time I've gone, but after a while it got better. Even with all the people there, I still had things I was able to do. I did enjoy the night hours when hardly anyone was there. It was so much more peaceful. I also did a body cleanse with a facial mask and tea for $39. As usual, I loved being here and already purchased tickets for next time.

I can focus on negative : sweaty sleeping mat, some guests not taking shower before entering the pool, slightly overpriced food.

But my positives overwhelmingly outweigh negatives. I had a hack of day relaxing at the spa. Totally rejuvenated, I am a new man ready to go back to work at 120%.

Sorry to the Spa owner, but in case you didn’t know, please check out the Groupon deals. And if you can, I highly recommend early morning visit because it gets very crowded in the afternoon/evening hours.

This place is a real palace, so beautiful and gorgeous !!! To be prepared to spend whole day by visiting many different spa and sauna including Himalayan salt, gold, emerald , charcoal and much more different spa. They provide many services including massage, body scrub, facial services, pedicure and manicure. Also they have restaurant wit traditional Korean style food, my favorite dish is a fried octopus with kimchi. Also don’t forget to try ginger tea with pine nuts and dried apple slices, it’s really delicious and healthy!!! So , just go and relax ,you will not regret 👍🏻😉

It was not nearly as confusing as I anticipated from reading previous reviews. There is signage everywhere you go, maps as well to help you determine location, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was a wonderful getaway for me and my friend. We had so much fun and felt so relaxed. There is so much to do, facials, nails, baths, saunas, massages, yummy food, and comfy furniture. I loved the entire experience. My only gripe is that it can get a bit crowded and spaces can fill up, but with so much to do, you just bounce to the next thing.

Wonderful spa services provided including the sauna rooms and hot tubs. The food provided was delicious. I recommend this place for a relaxing all day experience. I received the best massage I’ve ever had. The staff are experienced and the service was great! I can’t wait for my next return. There is plenty of street parking nearby as well as valet parking if you’re interested. I also like that the spa was open until 2am because many other spas close a lot earlier in the day. The late hours, services provided and recommendations from friends made choosing this spa easy.

**For people who have never come here, read my review to understand how it works!!!**
I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. Holy moly. We took the advice of many other reviewers and got our tickets on the site when they were on sale (Groupon has the sale price too even when the website does not!) so we only spent $40 per person for admission rather than the $70-80 on site. We spent WELL over 4 hours at the spa and I still feel like it wasn’t long enough.
**FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER BEEN** street parking is available but valet parking is only $5!
When you walk in, you will check in at the front desk. GIRLS; Grab a towel bundle to the right of the check in desk and head directly to your women only area down the hallway to the right. MEN; head up to the third floor and get your towel bundle inside of your men’s only area. EVERYONE; your locker key is your form of payment during your time at the spa and also has your locker number on it. Do not lose the key by setting it down. Wear it as a bracelet or an anklet! GIRLS; this place has a strict ‘no bathing suits’ policy so if nudity isn’t your thing then just change into the pink top/bottom set inside of your towel bundle and head to the saunas! If you are ok with nudity, strip down, put your pink tshirts/shorts set into the white door lockers but eh pools and head into the pool room naked with your towel. You MUST shower before you get into the pools. The pink rag in your towel bundle is NOT to scrub your body with. Apparently it’s to put around your head/hair! Don’t get yelled at like I did! Lol! Once you’ve showered off, head into the pools. The three pools connected, from left to right, go hottest, hot, cold. The pool on the far wall with the shower coming down is also a cold pool. The steam room is hot and you must shower before going in that as well. Once you are done bathing, you can shower off again and utilize their shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There are standing and sitting showers, the choice is yours. Once you’re done, head back into the changing area to use the hair dryers, lotions, brushes, etc. When you are changed into your pink attire, you can put your things in the locking locker and head to the saunas. EVERYONE; there are a multitude of saunas and all of them are different! Some are hotter than others (392°F, yes you read that right) and some are cold (-27°F, you also read that right). Some have scents and some are different sizes. Try every single one! But remember, you MUST HYDRATE during your time there! There are plenty of conveniently located water stations alllllll over the sauna area so take advantage of them. Don’t be that person that gets dehydrated and passes out and now EMS has to be called because you chose not to do something as simple as drink water. That’s not the vibe. There are computers for free use, dedicated sleeping rooms, lounge recliners with large TVs playing (no sound), infrared sauna areas, a restaurant, and services like body scrubbing, back/foot reflexology, nail salon, facial spa, yoni steaming, all for an ADDITIONAL COST. The prices are fair, the treatments need to be booked ahead of time at the front desk, and you use your barcoded bracelet as a billing method that you pay for at the end of your stay. The only cash you need are for TIPS to anyone that provides you a service in these extra spa options.
The food is superb, the portions are large, and the price is fair, so go with a good appetite!
Honestly, we could have spent all day there but we had other engagements we had to be at. As a Night Shift critical care nurse, this was hands down the most relaxed I’ve felt since the day I exited the womb. Like buttah! We will 10,000% be going again when we are back in town!!!

Good for resting on a chill day. The food here is a bit pricey, I personally felt it didn't have enough portions. The sweet rice drink is very good, highly recommend! The whole sauna/spa experience here was so good

I had a wonderful day at King spa.

The spa: it was super clean. They have many different types of saunas and I enjoyed most of them (the salt mineral one was my favorite, and the hottest one at 230F was fun). Had the massage and it was good too, reasonable prices for a spa ($125, gratuity included).

The food: Everything I had was delicious. Some items are a bit over priced ($11 for the sikhye, the korean rice drink, was a bit steep), but the tofu soup i got was worth the price tag.

Shuttle: They have a shuttle that takes you from k town in Manhattan to the spa in Jersey. It was slightly chaotic, but got the job done. I recommend getting to the shuttle pick up point :30 before just to make sure you get a seat.

We had the best day here! Very relaxing and so much to do! We went on a Friday and didn’t find it to be too busy, so I assume it’s probably different and busier on the weekend. I had the 30 min full body scrub and 30 minute wet message ($169 total but scrub on its own is $95). It was absolutely worth it and very enjoyable! My husband had the 60 min dry massage ($175) and really enjoyed it as well. If you spend over $300 you get 2 free day paces to return. There are different saunas you can go in through the spa that are very relaxing. My favorite was the Himalayan mineral Salt room. They also have one sauna called a kilm that gets to like 400 degrees Fahrenheit that is great to get out all your toxins. We ordered vegetable udon and seafood udon from the restaurant (both about $20 each) and both were delicious and filling. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place. It was very clean and a great spa day!

I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. Everything is amazing. There are so many different saunas with different themes! Aside from all of the saunas they have hot tubs/cold tub, steam rooms, and lots of space for relaxing or even playing the provided games like chess. The food is tasty and good quality. There is almost too much to do, I never have enough time here. I also take part in services like their shiatsu massage or foot reflexology and it NEVER disappoints. My friends and I come here very often. Great place to decompress!

Best spa/sauna I have ever been to. They literally have everything here. There's a barber in the men's locker room! This huge building prides themselves on the
ir amenities and is dedicated in making you as relaxed as possible. They are open from 9am-2am. Once you pay admission, you have the entire day and evening to enjoy. The food court here has wonderful and authentic Korean cuisine, the huge variety of saunas is incredible and they all have different health properties. They have a huge massage/reflexology/facial list too! There's a nail salon, hair salon, dessert bar, hot tubs, lounge areas, work stations, chess areas, and tons more for you to do as you please. The staff is also amazing and very accommodating. This place is a must for me and I would be here every single day if I could.

Went here a few years ago and recently visited this place again with my husband. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The place is huge but don’t be intimidated — if you’re planning on spending the entire day here, you can explore all the saunas / rooms on your own. We felt very relaxed and were able to try all the sauna rooms. Going as early as you can is the best. In the afternoon, it can get a little bit crowded, but there’s still plenty of rooms / places to relax to. The place is also very clean. If you don’t want to roam around barefooted, you are more than welcome to wear socks.
We plan to come here every few months because of how much we enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend coming here if you want to have a relaxing day, but beware of weekends — it looks like it can be too crowded.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. If you want to relax in a peaceful quiet environment with great food go to King Spa. A lot of the guest there had memberships and were regulars which I loved because like me, they were there for R&R not to socialize. I was there from about 12:30pm to 7pm and I wish I would have gotten there earlier. I will definitely go back and spend a full day. Oh, and I recommend the foot and shoulder massages and Korean beef meal.

My friend and I visited for the first time yesterday… OH MY GOD! Believe me when I say that this was the most relaxed I have been since before the pandemic. For $45 ($39 on weekdays) we were given access to like a million all-gender dry saunas, an ice sauna, common areas with game rooms, resting rooms, UV machines, and massage chairs, and a women-only wet sauna, two hot tubs, a chill pool, and a cold tub… ALL INCLUSIVE! For a little extra we got some great food from the most darling onsite restaurant (I got dumplings and she got Ramen) which was filling but also light, with side dishes. You can also get massage, mani pedi, body scrub… next time I will get a coupon to try something new. It is safe to say I WILL be back; probably this week even. My skin is positively GLOWING and I slept like a baby last night! Get here early and stay all day; turn off your phone and fully immerse yourself in the experience. It is such a joy.

Love this place! Its a place to rest and recharge. I feel that the food is a bit pricey and the quality can be improved. Overall I love the new light treatment machines and the atmosphere. One of my favorites is the crystal and salt sauna rooms. In addition people can be a bit loud when it’s busy and I wish it’s a bit quieter ( security can be improved.) just minor small improvement but honestly it’s a place to check out because it’s relaxing and reminds me of the Onsen in Japan.

Such a fun place to relax.
You paid the admission fee and you can enjoy all the steam and sauna room. But you need to pay extra for the massage service , food and drink .
We usually take the shower and use the wet steam room, then get some food to eat. After that, there is more than 10 hot sauna room for you to discover. And make sure you try their rice drink and boiled egg after the sauna to refill some energy!
Definitely come back !

I have to share that my experience at Kingspa for almost 2 decades has been a great experience of releasing many stress and muscle pains. Personally, I had a minor car accident and severe chronic scoliosis so my mother provided some massage tickets. I met Sonia and let me share that she was beyond what I expected. She listened to how this back pain all started. Extra work was put and she shared how her heart wanted to do more. I came home and was able to sleep through out the whole entire week without feeling any pain. I love it when I meet sincere people and was grateful for her kindness. I ended up going back to her again!! Just be kind to others~and yes I highly recommend her. Personally service doesn't start from receiving free things but rather having the care for others! Thank you~

Exceptional!!!! Wonderful!! I can’t express how amazing King Spa is, the service/saunas was impeccable, the staff was amazing, the place is clean and beautiful. The food was delicious! I do not give reviews, very rare do I actually sit down to give a review but King Spa is definitely worth the review. I took my 22 year daughter there today for the first time for her birthday, along with my 16 year old and we loved it!!! My girls want to make this an annual birthday thing for all of us lol. Michael (I believe the manager) was delightful. A few ppl celebrated birthdays today and Michael made their day very special, with cakes and happy birthdays. I cannot thank you enough Michael. My girls and I, would surely be back very soon.

Seven hours wasn’t enough! What an amazing paradise of relaxation with so much to explore. I absolutely loved the comfy pink uniform. The pool areas are a bit small, but I went early on a Thursday to avoid any crowds. It never felt like it got too busy, though. I was floored by how many different areas there are to relax and how many saunas they have!! I loved the salt room with the bags hanging from the ceiling.

I got a package deal that came with admission, a 60 min massage, a meal, and a face mask. Massage was great, nice and deep. Meal was good too! All staff I interacted with were incredibly nice and so many of the other patrons were friendly, too. One person I met told me the hip bath is a must do - I didn’t have time but on my next trip I will def be doing that.

My only wish is that they gave you more than one towel! I understand why they do this but I’ve been to other K Spas that have towels stacked on the walls for you to take at your leisure. Here you just have to be more thoughtful with it.

I will definitely be planning a trip back and will be bringing my partner!! Thanks for an amazing day King Spa!!

I've been to every Korean spa on the East Coast and this is my second favorite, with only King spa Chantilly Virginia taking the lead. I go to this one more often because it's closer. I can only speak to the women's experience, I hear that men's locker room experience is very different. As a plus size woman, it is very nerve-wracking but you can make it work. I'm a size 22/24. I exchange the outfit they give me at the desk for a larger size, I usually have to push to get a men's size and then I'm good to go. The men's clothes are gray or yellow instead of the women's pink but whatever. You will see larger folks throughout the building wearing the same thing.

I can attest to the sugar scrub being one of the most amazing feelings in the world, though it is extremely vulnerable. The foot massages are absolutely incredible. You can spend the day without getting any services, sleeping in different rooms, reading a book, socializing with a friend, and generally just relaxing. You can get great deals on Groupon or if you subscribe to their website newsletter via email.

Online tutorials will tell you what to do but the long and short of it is you pay, go into your gender separated locker room, immediately take off your shoes, and go to your locker where you will either change into your uniform, or strip naked and go into the wet sauna area. I recommend soaking in the hot tubs after a good full body shower. There should also be a steam room in the locker room and a women's only sauna in the room right outside the locker room. These super hot sauna is insane and is definitely one of those things you should do once in your life. All of the rooms have different ambiance but even if you don't go into any of the saunas, there are a lot of things to do to just relax.

There is also a salon where you can get I believe nails or hair services, but I've never been able to book something at the right time since they have limited hours. There are silent sleeping rooms as well as areas to rest where you are allowed to talk. Sleeping on the hexagonal patterned mats with an infrared warmer over your butt is literally the best nap you can have in your entire life.

If you're going to spend the day there like I do, bring about 25 to $35 in your budget for food and some drinks. It is 10 out of 10 delicious. There's nothing better than fresh watermelon after you come out of a sauna sweating. The spa eggs are just eggs but another thing that you have to try at least once in your life.

I say you grab your best friend and just spend the day relaxing. If you're comfortable with nudity, do the locker room wet saunas. If you're not, there is still plenty to do upstairs. It's also a great way to spend a day alone. I'm not from the area so I always get a hotel as well since they are no longer open until morning. It's worth doing every couple months, especially in the winter months when you are sick of being cold. There's nothing better than getting toasty for 12 hours straight. Worth trying at least once in your life!
