Working with the team at Pruzansky is great! They are extremely attentive, provide comprehensive estimates and expalnations and their response time is EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend Pruzansky for all your plumbing needs - I worked with them professionally as a Property Manager and used them in my own home based on their level of prefessionalism and expertise...they will not disappoint!

The plumber called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way and as on time. He explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. He was quick, neat, and kind. I recommend to anyone. Also, scheduling was easy and invoicing is a breeze. Classy customer service all around.

I'm very happy with their work of replacing my water heater.
1) Don who gave the quote was patient and responsive, answering all my questions with candid info and within 1-2 days.
2) The Rheem 50-gallon electrical water heater has 10 year warantee, worthy of its price. Quotes from other 3 companies I got include 6 year warantee usually.
3) They have both plumbing and electrical work permits. Another company offered lower price and similar quality service but then I learned that they don't have permit to do electrical work and I would have to hire my own electrician for the job.
4) The crew (Jon, Michael) came right on time, and finished the job in 3 hours as they estimated. They were professional and super tidy, having the work area and the hallway totally cleaned.

In my 15 years at Edgewater, I've never felt a single disappointment from a Pruzansky Plumbing servicer. They are not cheap, but their professional, perfect and friendly service makes them the perfect plumbing service company that I would definitely recommend to others.

My experience with Pruzansky was good! Ed was the person I had dealt with and he was professional in giving the quote and executing the work. Replaced a sink, faucet and shut off valves. All work was done as quickly as possible.

Reached out to Pruzansky Plumbing this morning. The owner responded to my text immediately and gave me top level service within a half hour. They were at my house fixing the problem.

Used a few times now and have resolved plumbing and heating issues that I’ve had for years and saves me thousands of dollars.

I've used Pruzansky Plumbing several times over the last few years, and have nothing but great feedback to share. The staff are always professional, communicative, and timely and have explained to me the underlying issues and processes for any plumbing fixes. I had a new toilet installed five years ago that was efficiently put in and still works perfectly, and they've helped me clean/snake a drain line to avoid a potential clog with my shower drain (thank you Gavi!). Prices have gone up a bit over the last few years, most likely due to the pandemic, but I still find their services to be fairly priced, especially given the quality and level of service that I've received.

Our shower faucet was leaking and needed repair. We'd been told we'd have to tear out the wall. Pruzansky showed up, said they needed one part, got the part, replaced it, and we're all good now. It took 3 weeks to get the part, but at least we saved thousands and can thank Pruzansky for fine service!

Pruzansky was recommended to me by my property management office. I was extremely happy with the service. The guys were professional, on time and efficient. I needed a 2 ton air handler installed along with a compressor. They did an outstanding job and even installed my nest thermostat at no additional cost. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Pzuzansky 4 times in the past 5 years - a leaky pipe in a wall, a boiler pipe repair, and boiler maintenance. First, leaky pipe: called in AM, 2 plumbers arrived in afternoon, quick diagnosis and fix of a small "sprayer" leak. Repeat experience on boiler pipe fix. Used them for boiler maintenance, easy to schedule, arrived on time, explained everything to me in non-technical terms. Maybe not the cheapest around but quality of service is worth every $.

We are all very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Pruzansky Plumbing. They always go out of their way to explain the trouble shooting steps they would take to identify the issue. They came out after hours and replaced out hot water heated in a pinch. They also worked on our commercial building and helped us identify multiple issues in our building. They notified us of the technician’s arrival and are very courteous. Dan and Will from Pruzansky were absolutely amazing. Prompt, responsive and quickly replaced my Gerber three stem shower system and leaking shut off valves. Not only that, my neighbors had a plumbing question and they went above and beyond to help them, too! Loved working with them and would happily recommend and use them again! Thanks for everything!!!

I contacted Pruzansky Plumbing heating for some work on our home we bought in Glen Ridge NJ. Mitch and his team were extremely responsive. We needed a new hot water heater, which was done the next day when we made the request and was very affordable. We also need both HVAC units replaced, which was a major job. Jeremy his main technician came by our home several times before the install to settle our concerns, and assure us the job would be done as we wanted. Well Jeremy did a fantastic job communicating with us on each and every stage. When you call this company, they respond right away. Hard to find reliable and accountable firms like Pruzansky. I highly recommend them when it comes to plumbing and heating.

My mother returned home from the hospital after battling Covid (and losing my Dad to it) only to find that her bathroom toilet on the ground floor had frozen. Due to still recuperating and being on Oxygen, she was limited to the first floor of her house. Of course, this occurred on a Friday afternoon. Pruzansky Plumbing recognized the immediacy of her request and sent Ed over. He researched the problem and was able to make the toilet work again until they could come back and do a more thorough inspection.

They truly gave my mother and me a sense of relief while she dealt with all of the events that had happened. I highly recommend them!!!
