ShopRite of Passaic on Paulison Ave

It is a supermarket with many varieties of products for Latinos. Well clean and organized. The employees speak Spanish to assist Spanish speakers and are very friendly. You can get vegetables, meats, juices, dairy products, seafood, poultry, bakery, detergents, even medicine over the counter. Recommended!!!

ShopRite of Passaic is a very complete supermarket, the produce area has a display of different fruits and vegetables of the season and also from other countries, like Chilean grapes for instance or avocados from Mexico, they have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers, flower bouquets, potted plants, balloons for the important occasion, nice deli area where attentive associates are always ready to help , the bakery have a wide selection of breads, sweets, cakes, etc. Very well organized aisles with signs, self checkout and regular cashier checkout, very attentive customer service associates.

A very special shout out to Deyron, Isabel, Andrea, Maria and Veroniea(sorry if I misspelled). Absolutely saved my son's 16th birthday today when I had about 30 mins before his party started because the other cake got dropped and ruined. They stopped everything they were doing with a smile and without hesitation. They literally saved my son's birthday!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you cake team!!!!

This store has a HUGE selection of specialty and ethnic products. The store is well stocked, clean, and has a staff that is both friendly and helpful. I especially love their bakery. If there's something you don't see out, most of the time they have it in back stock. They carry a lot of kosher and halal products too!

I shop at this ShopRite frequently, the produce section is very fresh and the store is well stocked all of the time. Plus, they also have a large floral section full of beautiful flowers. Also there’s plenty of parking too!

The bakery is great!… I had customized cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday.
My daughter end up being sick and Maria was nice enough to help me. Cupcakes where great!

Very wonderful selection of seafood and fresh fish. I tried the Tilapia- which Shoprite staff were very kind to fry for me on site ( and they did it so well). The seasoning was done to perfection and the fish was tender, moist and delicious. You know I'll be back for more Shoprite. Good job guys!!
Excellent store too- very clean, organized and the staff are polite, patient and know their stuff.

Great prices and nice selection. Excellent produce and meats. The hot foods section beef is amazing. Organic selection is also very nice. This is not the closest supermarket for me, but it is worth driving a bit. The employees are super nice and helpful, make you feel like family.

I been going here for several years now
And it has been upgraded alot.
I really loved how i could food shop while waiting on my prescription but the Pharmacy is close.
Employers some are super Nice.
The only thing is that so many lines and just 2 cashiers sometimes the lines are soo long and they dont use the other lines until the lines are so long and they notice.
But overall is a really nice place

This ShopRite Store is a very lovely place to shop. It is well stocked with almost everything one would expect to be in a Supermarket.
The Supermarket is well maintained and the management and staff are courteous, supportive and helpful.
It's certainly a good Marketplace to shop and I recommend it to all prospective shoppers.

I love the ethnic foods available at this location. Fresh produce looks real good. Tried catering option for several platters of brunch type foods and we were very pleased. Would recommend to others. Reasonably priced. Great store.

This store has low prices, helpful employees and a wide selection of merchandise. And they play really good music. I wish they would do a better job of keeping sale items in stock. And they could clean up the clutter in the front of the store near the checkout.

I like the Passaic shop rite! I've been going there for years, 30+ yrs! Great prices, and their check out, even if crowded was very good...they had 3 express registers, more than other stores!!! And, now they have self checkout, which I love! You can have up to 25 items...and, all the personnel who are there to help you, are great!! Always nice!!

Very well stocked; pleasant experience at the courtesy counter when I had to get a couple of rainchecks; very pleasant cashiers and practically every register was open. It was about 3 pm, so I know it probably got crowded after people came there after work. Since I'm retired, I will try to visit around that time from now on.

Jumped in with the kids to get a bunch of snacks. Good selection of chips and pretzels, had no problem picking out what we wanted.

Wide selection of food and groceries from all parts of the world. The store is always clean and presentable. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. In their floral department, they have so many options and bouquet of flowers and plants. The prices are very reasonable.

Just went in for the grand opening and wow what a beautiful setup! They remodeled the old Pathmark incredibly! I'd say they invested for the long term.
Big selection and very well organized. Prices are very good too for the couple of items we checked out.
They also have a large humidor and a wine education center for those that do not know wines......OK that's me, I'll have to sign up.

I never heard of can't go to self checkout if you have more than 20 items. All the super markets that I know of they don't care if you have alot of items to go to self checkout. That's ridiculous. But other than that nice clean store. Polite workers. Good sales on groceries!!
