I have used John for a few plumbing issues in my home. He always returns calls promptly. I got an appointment right away. His guys are so professional very friendly and respectful They clean as they go never leave a mess. I highly recommend John and his guys!!!

From start to finish John and his entire crew were absolutely professional and efficient. I needed a sewer trap removed and a check valve and guillotine placed in my basement for all the flooding I had been experiencing. I also needed a new slop sink and faucet for my washer and cabinets removed and dryer venting rerouted. John was great, he came to give me an estimate and was so knowledgable about what needed to be done. He took his time explaining exactly what he recommended doing and why and how much it would cost. Once I agreed to what I wanted to do we confirmed when his associates would arrive and they were here early!!! Talk about amazing customer service and just making sure that the client is satisfied and comfortable with the work that was performed. Outstanding service and the peace of mind knowing that a reliable and expertly trained staff were there to install everything properly. Cannot recommend them enough, if you need a great plumber then you know who to call!

Amazing family owned & operated company. I needed a new sink. I spoke with Mr. DeGrace over the phone an within 1 hour he sent his son & another worker William who then installed a beautiful brand new faucet and spigot. The work was done within under an hour and it’s absolutely beautiful. The water pressure is very strong. I love it. His prices are very fair if not economical! I’ll never use another plumber again. We needed a plumbing company to quickly redo my mother-in-law's bathroom in Jersey City after she had fallen and required some special needs equipment. I’ve been using John and his team for years now for my house and for my business. One thing I can tell you is that they are neat and professional. When you need something fixed it is fixed properly without any short cuts. If you have an emergency they get back to you within minutes. I highly recommend John and all his team!!!

The original service was an emergency service on Saturday for a sewer backup. Billy came over quickly and had us back in service. He was very professional and answered all our questions.
We decided to do further work with the sewer and John was quick to response and again was very patient with answering our questions and making sure we knew what they were quoting to do. We proceeded with the work and it was done as expected.

We would definitely recommend John Degrace for future plumbing and heating services. John was wonderful with communication and making sure the work was done correctly. Billy and all the other plumbers that did the job during the emergency job and 3 day project were professional and helpful with all we needed.
