I came inside and waited patiently for help with getting a disposable hookah pen, when it was my turn I simply said “good morning, can you help me with finding a disposable hookah pen with the adjustable air flow?” The man behind the counter simply said “I can’t help you”. So why are you behind the counter then with poor customer service skills! I will never step foot into this dirty establishment again because you have no respect for a paying a customer! All I did was walk out because I’m grown enough to know that I DONT HAVE TO SPEND MY MONEY THERE!
