Furniture Row is a great place to buy furniture. This was our second major purchase within 4 years.Salesman Rick was extremely helpful with our purchase. The thing I liked the most was they were not like vultures! Keep up the great work Furniture Row.

Josh provided great service. We had gone in 3 times and I never felt pressure to buy. He was knowledgeable and friendly but let us make decisions without hassle !!

Allen Griffin was great! He was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and helped us mix and match untill we got the exact dining room set we wanted. And best of all, he was not pushy! He gave us time to think things over and look at other options. The prices at Furniture Row can't be beat!! The store has a lot of beautiful furniture options. Rick assisted me and my husband with a bedroom suite purchase. He gave us our space to check things out, look around and shop. When we had questions he was patient, positive and informative.

We had a nice experience with Amanda. She initially greeted us but we never felt pressure as we looked around. She would come check on us every now and then. When we had found what we wanted she was available for questions, etc. I enjoyed the no pressure experience. This always ranks high in my book! We are excited to get our new couch in a few weeks!

We were helped by Janna Boling who was very knowledgeable about her products. Bought the chair the next day. It’s very nice to have a pleasant competent person who is a good sales person.

We came in this evening and Furniture Row was our first stop. We spoke with Josh and he was very nice and helped us find exactly what we wanted, but we wanted to comparison shop. So we went to 3 other stores and nothing came close to what Furniture Row had so we went back. Josh had left for the evening so we worked with Janna and purchased the sectional of our dreams, a rug, a desk and matching bookcase. It was a lovely experience. We will return to Furniture Row again in the future for our next furniture purchase. Your staff is kind and courteous as well as informative and helpful. They answered all our questions and I never felt pressured or rushed. It was the perfect shopping experience!
