I always have a great experience at the store. I read some of the reviews, it is obvious not everyone can be pleased. I always am here. The people wait by the door when it's closing time so they all can get home is a timely manner and if the store closes at
9 pm don't try to shop at 8:55 p.m. that is common courtesy.

They put back my shoes after I called to see if they had them. The 2 guys were awesome. They helped me and had customer service going great. Will shop here again.

So many options to choose from! The store was very clean and organized and the staff is so helpful. I especially like the clearance area in the back of the store. Great deals!

Great shoe store! Was there tonight with daughter and they have their boots on sale! Several coupons online on their website. If you buy 2 pair you can spend digital wheel (won $4) and saved $15 more with online coupon. I bought some pumas that were $80 on different websites and I got them for $65 here. Definitely do your research.

Looking for boots when I went into the store I had an associate tell me about there product and about there competitions boots and even suggested I go check them out this is the kind of sales experience I love I was not pushed to buy something from them which is exactly why I will be back to them to buy my boots, so thank you for being informative and not pushy you have my business any day.

Can't beat the prices and friendly staff that welcome you as soon as you walk in the door

I visited looking for something specific, ask the guy in the front where I'd look for that item, he knew exactly what I was looking for, he told me where to look, and they had the exact item I wanted. A little pricey, but I got them anyway. Almost bought 3 packs of socks as they were on sale, but decided that even on sale it was more then I wanted to pay at that time. Would probably purchase in the future. I buy most of my family's shoe here. The people are very helpful and friendly as well.

Have been buying mine and my children's shoes here for awhile. They have a great selection of all the name brands. But if you need half sizes your selection kind of narrows but it's still worth a look.

always enjoy shopping here. recently went in to purchase a specific pair of nike sandals. they had exactly what i wanted at the perfect price as well. plus as a reward member, received a $10 off coupon in my email the next day for my next purchase.

I was having trouble with coupons and all the other online services, so I called my store. I spoke with a man named Bill and he not only went and picked out all 4 pairs of the shoes I wanted and put them up front for me so they would be ready, but he also did it for me in less than 5min over the phone. Excellent customer service! It has been a while since anyone went above and beyond like that for me! It was much appreciated! Highly recommend this store to any and everyone looking for a great and easy experience! Thank you Bill, you are the best!!!!

I dont know about anyone else, but I love shoes. Especially when they are affordable. I get all of my shoes from here because literally everywhere else has an upcharge for the same shoes of $20 or more, so now I just dont even bother shopping anywhere else. On top of how affordable they are, the staff is awesome and fun. Sometimes they have crazy 30 minute deals OR spin the wheel to get money off games. Mid December, they sent me a "Thank you for your recent purchase" email with a $10 gift card that actually has a reasonable expiration...March 2022! Most of the time, I have 2 days when I get these types of emails. So they get 5 stars for being Logical, Fun, Awesome and Affordable. Thank You :)

They did a wonderful job helping me to switch out a pair of shoes I accidentally ordered in the wrong size online. They went above and beyond to search and find exactly the ones I needed and quickly processed the exchange.

Their selection was very good, and they have a number of good shoe brands. Their shoes are priced well and the store is super easy to navigate with employees that are willing to help. Definitely give them a visit if you need to buy new shoes!

They always have a great deals.l, like BOGO 50% or Free. Their clearance section always has really great deals. I got a $60 pair of shoes for $10. There was a slight inconvenience the last time I visited. I got a shoe from the kids clearance section for my son and on the box it said ask for my pair. So I go up to the check out to pay and the guy checks me out and says someone will be bringing up pair to the shoe I bought. Well I waited for 10 minutes, still no second shoe. Finally they had to end up refunding me my money because they couldn’t find the pair to the shoe.
