I've been going to the one in Clarksville for years now and they have always been consistently top notch. I have never had a bad experience here. They know their stuff, helpful and treat you well. One weekend I accidently broke both my vapes and when i went in to get a new one and was talking about it (It was a funny story) they gave me a bit of a discount because they know I'm a loyal customer. They treat you well and not in a fake way like some places do.

Just bought a mod and tank setup based on recommendations from the people at the desk, who were extremely nice and knowledgeable, and I love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Great experience!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Blake tonight. Customer service is still a top priority here at this store. Blake was so informative about all the products and was so willing to go over and beyond to help me with my product selection. This is not the closest location to me but I will drive the extra miles bc Blake took his time and went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and informed about my purchase.

This is my go-to vape shop. Employees are always friendly and super welcoming. They will ask if you need help with anything and leave you alone if you say no. Every employee I have encountered here has a lot of knowledge about the products they sell and what works best with what.

This company just keeps growing and growing and I’m here for it! I remember when it was 1 store. They always greet you when you come in, they have the LOWEST prices locally and the biggest selection. Michelle and Cheyenne were working this morning when I visited, never a bad time when I’m there. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell. If they don’t carry something, they will refer me somewhere that does. This is very standup customer service. You can always tell what kind of boss someone has by how happy they are to be at work. Great job ladies. I will continue to tell everyone I know to visit you all.

Not a bad vape store. Selection is more than most. Devices are a little slim Pickens but there all good devices. Prices are average for the area and workers are extremely helpful. They made my transaction fast and easy. Will return next time I'm in the area!

I've been coming to this store at this location since I started vaping almost 3 years ago. The manager was always very helpful and learned my name early on, which I loved. Tyrell and Michelle are always very helpful. Michelle has a lot of knowledge about all the products they offer and always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave there happy! I won't go anywhere else!!😁

This is the very best store. They are so nice and helpful. Although actually this is the one time I have been there and the guy that waited on me was not all that nice. He did not talk to me, was not helpful, and would not try to find the item I needed. It was very off-putting because they are typically so over the top friendly and helpful. I will go back though because this was the exception to the rule.

This is a great store for many reasons... friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection of juice and vaporizers, and clean with a great vibe. I've been stopping in every two weeks or so for the past year to pick up juice, coils or a new unit and have always had a five star experience. The rewards card and text notifications of sales are a nice touch!

I walked into Clarksville today and was greeted by both employees. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I love having a place where I can go and hang out or just get what I need and leave and still be treated the same way. Kenny and Michelle are great people and I will visit this store a thousand times over just for the customer service!

I went in today looking for simply strawberry and little to my knowledge, they didn’t have it. 😫 I’m not going to lie, I was disappointed, but they turned my whole experience around! Michelle had me try perfect strawberry and I was beyond impressed. I think I’ve found my new favorite juice of all time. The shop smelled so clean and lemony. This is the cleanest shop I’ve ever stepped foot into. If Michelle didn’t have a for sure answer to my question, she asked Patrick, which is so much better than just making something up. Patrick seemed very knowledgeable and they were a couple of great people to just hang out with and learn things about vaping from. I will be shopping Derb only from here on out! I can’t say enough great things about the place or the people.

Had an issue with my box mod and took it in to see if they could help, I was blown away by how much they were willing to help to fix my problem. The friendly customer service was hands-down they best I've received any where ever. They have bought a loyal customer for life, this is an example of business done right.
