Marcus was very helpful and nice from the start. He even paired my Bluetooth back up with the car. Mechanic was able to pinpoint the issue with my CR-V. Nice waiting area with free snacks, drinks & TV.

This time went much smoother. Last time I went in to have a key fob made. After 1.5 hrs, they brought me a key which I didn't want and no key fob. Then they said they had a fob In stock. 30 min later they came and told me they could not find the key fob that the computer told them they had. They would have to order one. So I rescheduled for yesterday, and called ahead to make sure they put their hands on the new fob before I brought the car in. It took about 45 min to program the fob. $200 and I was out the door.

Get my car's service there and they have done 👍 a great job. Service manager is very professional.

Indy Honda Servicw is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST in indy. Air quit in my civic and everywhere else couldn't get me in for nearly a month. They got me in within a week, and had my system, diagnosed and totally replaced within 5 hours. Was called by service with regular updates, and the ETAs were actual. Will definitely return with any needs on my Civic!!
