I tried on shoes elsewhere but came to Stouts and glad I did. Stephanie was wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and just a great person to chat with. They have a really good selection of shoes from many brands. I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes and I was only looking for 1.

It’s also nice to support a local business instead of the big box stores.

Stephanie at Stouts Footwear is a customer service expert who knows her products well. She worked to find shoes that could accommodate my custom orthotics & ankle stabilizing brace, bringing several options from the brands my podiatrist recommended. She went above and beyond to make sure I left her store with the right pair for me - plus they look good AND provide additional stability. I'm a happy customer and I'll be back.

Aaron provided AMAZING service!! He did a full scan of both my feet and with that information was able to show me why my feet hurt so badly and what I needed to do to help resolve the issue. He had a pleasant, upbeat and fun attitude and made the process enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and orthotic inserts they offer. The drive is well worth buying all my future shoes at Stout's in Greenwood as long as they are in business! Thank you Aaron and staff for making my first experience a great one!!

How happy I am with these amazing boots. My husband was glad I found relief. Got a foot scan for great supportive inserts. Amazed with my experience, they spent a lot of effort to see that I was satisfied.

Emma was AWESOME! She helped us find the perfect pair of sneakers for our 8 year old, and even a couple pairs for this mama that we didn’t plan on getting! Their selection is awesome, and it’s a great place to find comfortable shoes for hard-to-please feet. We will definitely be regular customers!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Young lady helped us find just the perfect shoes. Size 11 and 13 women's shoes are never available at other stores but always find them at Stout's!

I had just recently been put into a brace. Already was wearing a wide width but with brace needed something wider. Stouts was the only place that carried what I needed. Sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Not used to putting this kind of money into shoes, but it was worth every penny to be able to find what I needed and the expertise that came with it.

Went today in search of good work shoes. I explained to Sarah I stood on my feet for 10 hrs a day and also needed a wide shoe. She was very helpful. The Young Man checking me out was also very helpful. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful experience. I went in, I explained my problems with my current shoes and got a recommendation for New Balance's rollerbar shoes to help with overpronation which is exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman measured my feet with the aertyx (?) matrix and explained to me about my fallen arch problem and was able to recommend orthotics to go hand in hand with my New Balance shoes. I found a great color and the perfect size after he politely and carefully measures my feet. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to communicate this to the staff, so I got superb service. A lot of people will leave bad reviews because they go in not knowing what they want. If you have a general idea of your foot problem and you know New Balance and what they make shoes for, this is the store for you.

Had an excellent experience with Stephanie as she helped me pick out some dress casual shoes for my oddly wide feet. Couldn't have been happier with the service and purchase!

New Balance is now known as Stout's Footwear. The employees are the best, and I greatly appreciate the young woman who helped me find a comfort pair of shoes that I can stand around all day for work seeing as though I stand on my feet all day at my job, and I need something that's comfortable and yet it lets the shoe breathe. For the money you spend, the shoe is well worth it, and I am glad they are still open just under a different name. So don't let it fool you.

I've been to this store two different times to purchase New Balance tennis shoes. New Balance are recommended for Plantar fasciitis. Have received help and courteous service both times. Will recommend this store to anyone looking for Nee Balance Tennis shoes!
