Flap-Jack's Pancake House

Amazing! We are from out of state and have stopped here 2 different times on our way to 2 different destinations in the past 2 years. The service is phenomenal, food is sooooooo tasty (we got meat lover omelet and sunrise breakfast this time). Sorry no pics but trust me it was good! If you like biscuits and gravy you will love these! Bathrooms are clean and they give you coffee too go!!!! My personal favorite thing is you get the bill placed on your table before you are done eating, this is not to rush you but so you can leave when you are ready to leave and don’t have to wait around if they are busy. We will be back for sure!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and stumbled on this little gem. When we showed up, it was busy, but they found a table for us anyway.
I ordered the hungryman skillet and she got some French toast with bacon. The skillet was tasty and full of meat. The eggs were cooked well and the coffee was good to boot! Her French toast was good and bacon was cooked to the crispness she likes.
Our server was attentive and on the ball as well.
Overall, it is a good place to eat and we will be back.

Food, Service, and Atmosphere are excellent….
but I don’t understand why they use such a long and confusing WiFi password. Who’s gonna hack the Flap-Jack’s password?

Ordered an omelet and hash browns, it was cooked to perfection. Great food and a lot for the money. Highly recommend this place.

We had not been here in several years. The place was still very nice. The servers were very good. The food was as good as it was in the past. The only complaint I have is that the coffee cup was very small, and I had to bug the server more than I liked.

The service was excellent and the order was ready in record time, I was impressed. My compliments to the staff and the chef, my eggs, ordered, over medium, were PERFECTLY cooked!!!

My go-to fix for the standard Midwest breakfast. The staff is entertaining and efficient so almost always a good experience that doesn't take forever.

By far the best "Breakfast Diner" in Johnson County. Food is fresh and well prepared. And they are at your table to refill that bottomless cup of coffee often.

Everyone was very friendly. The waitress was abolutely AMAZING!!! She got everything right and made sure that our glasses never got below half empty.

Had a great breakfast of 2 eggs, 1/2 order of biscuits and sausage gravy and 2 sausage links everything was good. But anyone who has read my past evaluations knows I am picky about the temperature of my food which I was able to eat this food as soon as it hit the table and didn't burn my lips or tongue. Don't misunderstand the food was more than warm but less than blow it before it hits your mouth. But everything taste very well.

Their crepes are delicious! I highly recommend the K. Cherry ones, because the cherries taste real (not all sugary sauce). Lots of decaf coffee refills so we could linger and chat. Great feeling place, not too crowded but busy enough and well-staffed.

We have went her for years and wonderful every time.
