Indianapolis Southside Harley-Davidson

Did my Basic Rider Course training here to get cheaper insurance as well as adding a motorcycle endorsement. Everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted with good service from the door to the garage. Highly recommend the course even for a seasoned rider. Excellent training course!

Great experience with south side Harley Mike took the time to let me look at few bikes and go over them thoroughly with me and help me find the right one for me would highly recommend south side to anyone looking for a new or used bike . Everyone there was knowledgeable helpful and friendly.

The event was PHENOMENAL! I had a blast! The staff were very courteous and extremely knowledgeable about motorcycling and their products. It was very well organized also. Thank you to all the staff for providing such an enjoyable experience!

I’ve only been in a couple times… people seem nice and knowledgeable! I deal with a different dealership at the moment but pretty sure I’m going to start dealing with south side Harley Davidson! In my opinion working for Harley Davidson would be a job of a lifetime!!! I wish all dealership’s employees had the same opinion, instead of acting like it’s the worst job ever with the attitude they have! Everyone at Southside that I have interacted with seems to have that great attitude, which is awesome!!!!

I was in need of a new leather jacket and chaps. I called and talked with Jen and then went to the dealership. Jen and Ameara took excellent care of me to make sure my new HD jacket fit me the way I wanted and needed it to. They fitted me for chaps and ordered them for me. They also made sure I knew they cared about my safety and comfort. I will for sure keep shopping with them! Excellent customer service!

Stopped by the dealership why I was in town for a business trip. I was greeted by a smiling face(Catherine) she took the time to give me the history of the store and it was family owned. Then I met George and he was super friendly and took the time to talk. I have been in dealership all over the east coast and by far the friendliest store I have ever visited.

The staff at Southside Harley Davidson has always been so helpful and friendly. Every single time I'm there, I feel at ease. They treat everyone like family. Great place. Great people.

Love Southside! Got my endorsement through their learn to ride program 5 years ago. Their service department is friendly only fixes what needs fixed. They tracked down a wiring issue with '12 FLTRX and kept me updated during the process. Parts department is easy to work with, knowledgeable.They are my go-to place!

Purchased a used Road King from Southside. Transaction was fast, friendly and everyone was helpful. I got a great price and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market.

The collision dept is top notch. I wrecked my bike in spet last yr and caused 18k in damaged they were able to rebuild it with all new parts and upgrades and when I walk into the service department they treat me like family.
I also had a camshaft and tune installed by a different company but turns out I had a bad tune. So I took it to Southside and they sold me power vision tuner and had it fixed up and ripping in 24hrs. The dyno tuner employee is top notch.
The clothing dept is full of wonderful lady's that are so helpful.
Overall they provide a 5 star service to all clients.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for service or to purchase new or used.
This is also the only harley dealership in Indiana that has a point system for the clients to earn loyalty points. Which is a perk.
They are right off of i65 and Southport road.

There hasn’t been a Harley Davidson story that hasn’t been friendly. But these guys at the parts counter know what’s is the best stuff for your bike. After all they know what parts have know to be a failure and what parts haven’t. And the sales lady’s in appeals also know just where there items are that your requesting are located and are willing to go get them for you. Thanks for being polite and professional at you hectic environment on your busier days.

Great and extremely courteous service as always it's a great place to get your accessories and more. Compared to other places, like that one in Taylorsville we all know don't want to disem but you know it's a whole different vibe in your store and it's much much more pleasant and you have so much more than they have to offer couldn't even find a long sleeve collared shirt there at all and you're just a top notch facility. Thanks for that !

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the product did a great job of going over controls and features before i left.Sales manager was very complete and explained everything well

I wanted to surprise my wife with a bike for her birthday. They made it very easy! Even let me bring her back after I gave it to her to let her pick out some stuff for it and finalize everything. Ryan was a great guy to deal with on the sales side and Doug in finance was great as well. Best buying experience I've had in quite a while.

Didn't respond until now, this began on 9/9/23. The major problem was the ignition switch, first one lost in shipping, the second probably took about 10 more days. Not SSHD's fault. Picked up on 10/11/23. The new rear brake rotor was not the one I ordered, and the ignition switch cover wouldn't open. Called Michael in service, we agreed I would bring it back in, put on the correct rotor, had to be ordered, and check the ignition switch. All corrected on 10/25/23. Michael went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, I didn't personally deal with the service manager, but I appreciate his efforts as well. Took a while, but ultimately, SSHD service worked very hard to make me a happy customer. Which I am. Thanks to All!

Most of the dealerships are cold, corporate businesses with lousy customer service. But Southside is completely different - and the fact that they have been a customer-focused, family-owned business for generations is obvious. Great customer service, personable and highly-competent staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I live on the far Northwest side (Zionsville), but I'll always drive the miles to Southside for service, parts, retail merchandise or my next Harley!

Everyone was kind and helpful in search for a helmet and some accessories. Will be my stop for parts and service moving forward!
