The young guy at the window was so great! He was very friendly. I had to wait a little for my drink. He apologized and talked to me while I waited. He deserves a raise or promotion.

5 stars all around, with the staff being exceptionally professional and friendly, and my tea always made to perfection.

I love Starbucks. I recommend the Americano with heavy cream. No sugar for a keto friendly drink.

Still my favorite Starbucks location in Greenwood. I always place a mobile order & they always get it right, made correctly! The employees have obviously learned the correct way to create drinks, instead of using short cuts like other locations (you know, the ones who's vanilla sweet cream foam tastes funny). 5 out of 5 stars!! Definitely recommend, for anyone wanting coffee!

as a shift lead at a bux in the epicenter of a college campus, this store blew me away. our drinks came out quickly, they were crafted beautifully, and we were met with friendly and personable baristas. i wish we lived in the area so i could keep coming back to this location! keep it up, you all are awesome.

I’m not from the area, but work nearby and i had to say that I love this Starbucks location!!! The employees are always super friendly in the morning and the drinks always taste better than the Starbucks by my house somehow.

I wish I remembered the baristas name, I think it starts with an R, but she was top tier, best matcha Lemonade I had.

People are extremely friendly and great product. I am particular to the white chocolate mocha hot coffee (the best) but most of not all the drinks are great and different in there own way. Love Starbucks and really like this store in particular. Thank you!

Today was my first time at this location in greenwood I met a friend there for a quick coffee and then I would leave and go continue on with our visit catching up to do girl time whatever

My order was accurate and the staff was friendly I don't go to Starbucks on a regular basis because I'm not like an excessive coffee drinker however I have gone there in the past periodically to get employees at the planet fitness that I used to work at on 38th Street and Indianapolis coffees as a reward for their good work that they did for me and other various places or gym locations that I was employed at as a manager I would treat my employees to coffees for doing a good job and also I used to take my daughter there periodically As a treat as well however very sporadically I guess if you will but every time I've never been disappointed and I've also had a couple business meetings with some people in regards to realty and things I used to get their gingerbread tea but they no longer have it very disappointed about that considering the season and I do love that tea however otherwise I'm very pleased and I would suggest that this along with other locations you will probably go to we'll have a pleasant experience as I did thank you so much

I see reviews that this location always has a long line or has strange hours. As that may be, a staffing shortage isn’t their fault. Every time I visit this location I’m greeted with friendly staff and great customer service. My order is always great. Carve out extra time in your day to wait in this line, it’s worth it.

Great place to hang out while waiting for a friend. The staff is very friendly, and offered some good ideas for a late-night drink. The outdoor furniture was clean, and it was a comfortable evening to wait outside.

Always so fast and all the baristas are so friendly! Love this location!

This Starbucks in Shelbyville is 100 stars hands down. They were so awesome with my grandkids and their orders they made them feel so grown with each of the 4's drinks. Thanks again for being so Awesome!

Love this starbucks. I hit it when I head to work at 5am. Friendly people working there. Only issues from time to time is when I do my mobile orders I get there they were not open. Yesterday got there looks like workers in their cars maybe someone with key to open was not there so I missed out on my coffee. Sure if I go today and explain they will give me my coffee

This location is busy busy busy, and for good reason. The staff are fantastic, friendly, and fast. Each time I visit I have an enjoyable experience, which is testament to the personality, work ethic, and professionalism of the people inside.
I normally sit the patio space, despite the noise of traffic; great space to soak up sun and watch the world go by.

The highlight of my morning. After a rough weekend I was worn out on a Sunday morning. I was tired, cranky, and ready to lose my mind on someone. I dropped by to get my morning coffee and drive 3 hrs home in a ticked off mood. Your barista had a lovely little kind voice that seemed to make it all better. At pick up our drinks were right and our muffins were warm. After a horrible hotel stay and a terrible dinner the night before. I found the happy place in Greenwood. The Starbucks. Thank you ladies for fixing my morning with your positive attitudes even when I was cranky.

This is one of my usual Starbucks as it is on my way to most places. This one is well kept and clean. The wait is generally never long even when they're busy. The staff are always nice and friendly. Always a good experience. They also just recently added in 4 comfortable chairs which is nice cause they used to not have any.
