I had an urgent need to see an ENT before my flight, and Nicole, a scheduler, was able to accommodate my request. After I explained my situation to her, she went above and beyond to schedule an appointment for me. Her caring approach to her role as a scheduler has made my experience as a patient very positive. I am very pleased with the care I revive here. I've seen a number of doctors here, & each office has been very good. There is some delay at requests at the office, especially when it comes to prescriptions. Compared to other clinics that is isn't to bad.

This is a well run practice. Efficient service. They return messages and follow up on questions.

The workers were incredibly friendly and fast! They treated all of the patrons with respect and kindness. I ordered the spinach and artichoke egg souffle and it was still piping hot. The frozen agave lemonade was just what this hot muggy southern morning needed. While the location is inside a hospital, there is an outside entrance and patio. It was easy to see while walking though could be a little challenging if driving.

I love having my different specialists all in one place. Also, that there's an app for that!! I have control over my medical records, so I can send them via the app to other Dr's.
ULP is a great fit for me, because I've found it's so much easier, having my Dr's connected, & all in the system together. It makes for a much better level of care, & better to manage.
The Dr's for the most part, all have a great bedside manner; & are willing to actually listen to you. This is a major part of care which can be missing from many Dr's nowadays. I've also found all of the other staff I've had contact with to be very friendly and helpful - from the front desk ladies, to the PA's, to the schedulers.
I am very happy with my level of care here, & I would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Dang... i see almost everyone has a bad experience here...! Well i love coming here! Love my doctor and the staff☺ they treat me with respect, so i give them respect. i go for my hands and back, and they run alot of test to insure i get the best care. Thanks guys😉

Johanna L. Harris, Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Neurology. She knows her stuff, she cares, she listens, she sets you up with the right people if she can’t get the problem resolved, and she even returns your phone calls back in a timely matter. I have nothing but great things to say about her. Also - Sushma Chandan, MD in the Department of Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation department. Words can’t express how thankful, and how wonderful she is. She does everything in her power to get the problem resolved. She sits, and listen to you, she cares for you, she reaches out to you with open arms to help, she even spends up to an hour with no rush with all of her patients. Sushma Chandan, MD was a blessing in the sky, and I am definitely thankful to have her. In conclusion, I am thankful for both of these ladies, and I definitely would recommend them to anyone. Thank you both for the excellent care you have provided me at the University of Louisville hospital.

I saw Dr. Jennifer Daily for a new patient appointment today and she was wonderful. Very kind, thorough, professional and didn't make me feel awkward...which I feel awkward very easily! Office staff were all very nice and welcoming.

Nicolas Silvestros OD is the best and all the staff in thethat office is. My daughter is my life and there is nothing I will not do for her. When I walk into his office I am at ease knowing my daughter's vision is in good hands because they are being protected by the Superman of pediatric eyes.

My surgeon was Dr Joshua Choo. He is very professional and demonstrates an expert level of knowledge. Results of my surgery and care was perfect for my needs. UofL Hospital staff are also excellent and very caring.

Excellent care. Great sharing between different departments to work to find a solution and treat my complicated condition. Highly recommend. Clayton Smith, internal medicine is best Dr I’ve ever had.
