Ms. Jaishana takes care of me every time! She's always positive and has a smile on her face even when she's multi tasking and working on various things. She gives me information on deals, rewards, and how to use the app! It's not easy working with the public but she always shows patience and positivity. Thanks for making my shopping experience awesome at the East Broadway CVS!

This CVS is close to where I live. I, therefore, find the location very convenient. If you love 💕💕💕💕💕 chocolate, they carry lots of selections! The place is clean and well organized. Some prices are high, but this is the price you pay for convenience, and I have no problem.

It has been so long since I have gotten customer service like I got this morning at this CVS!!!! It truly shocked me, actually, gave me a warm feeling inside, Trust me, I know this sounds corny as hell lol but it seriously put a smile on my face because the ladies at the counter were so freaking nice and helpful, went out of their way to help me type of way. You just don’t find that very often anymore but I so appreciate it and it literally just made my day. 🫶🏼 I honestly wish I knew the names of the two women that helped me But they were working Friday morning July 21, 2023. These women are doing your store a seriously good service!!!!!!

I just wanted to say about the impeccable customer service that was given by a black woman named MADDIE. She not only went out of her way to explain to me the product that I was unsure about but she showed me what customer service is all about. She went above and beyond her job and should be recommended for a pay raise.

Nice store so far sometimes they don't have a pharmacist in the store because they share pharmacist with the CVS on mahummild Ali but what can you say when there is a shortage of pharmacist what can you do

Lol this location might as well have stayed Long John Silver's. Not sure if it's the energy this corner attracts, but this store is a simple shtshow.

Went in there the first time over the weekend. Store was nice and clean and their employees very friendly. I did not use the pharmacy. I found their prices higher than their competition especially the Walgreens a couple blocks down the street from there. I bought a soft drink to drink on the way home. When I got home and looked at the receipt it cost me $2.49. The vending machines here in my building sell them for $1.75. A mom and pop store near me that is well known for their high prices sell those for $1.99.

went there for some supplies early morning and they were not open at all. made me waste time and gas

This pharmacy is honestly pathetic. Had to come back three times to still not get my prescriptions. Had very basic respiratory infection cocktail. The first time I went they were just randomly closed mid morning. The store was open but pharm was not. Then when I went back they had no knowledge of who I was or why I was there. The prescription had been sent in the day prior. So then one of the techs actually laughed when I said needed three different things that had been called. She asked me to come back 3 hours after making me wait 30 mins to the side out of the line. After returning four hours later. They tried the step out of the line trick again. I refused and reminded them I had already been through this process once before, given them an extra hour to figure out how to fill an antibiotic. The squatty white pharmacy tech was honestly one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my entire left. It really was pitiful how lame she was at her job. At first I thought it was solely laziness, but after asking her a couple of different questions about GoodRx it became apparent that she had no skills of any kind at all. There was a line out the door all customers whom had dealt with this woman previously and they were all beginning to remember aloud. This woman at one point was kneeling down behind the counter to talk about my very basic requests. She didn’t know how to use GoodRx or she didn’t and she was just trying to rob a very sick person. It’s a shame this place should not exist and this woman definitely shouldn’t be able to work in this field.
