For years, Peet’s Coffee and Tea has held a special place in my heart as my go-to coffee haven. When compared to its competitors, Peet’s stands head and shoulders above the rest. Let me share why this cozy coffee nook has captured my loyalty.

The ambiance at Peet’s is inviting. The store is impeccably clean, and the staff, though infrequent in my visits, are always welcoming. Unfortunately, the distance from my house keeps me from making daily pilgrimages. If only Peet’s had as many locations as its ubiquitous competitor, Starbucks! But even with this limitation, I know one thing for certain: as long as Peet’s remains in business, it will forever be my cherished coffee sanctuary.

Excellent service! I even spilled my coffee and Kayla and Nigel were up and moving to help clean up before I even go to the counter to report my spill and ask for their help. Aside from the spill I had been commenting about how NICE they are. The coffee was good too!

I’ve tasted heaven, and heaven is the horchata cold brew oat latte. I’ve never had Peet’s before… I am born today. Everything up to this moment was a warmup. Life starts now, thanks to Peet’s Coffee. In hoc capulus vim habet ut gentes destruendi et deos evertendi.

Went here for a morning coffee run with my little sister who recommended it to me. The customer service, beverages, and food were all 10/10! Shoutout to the barista with blue streaks in her hair and lots of pins on her apron who helped me pick out a new favorite drink when I didn’t know what to order! She was so kind, and the other blonde girl who was working was just as friendly. I have a new addiction to chai tea lattes with maple syrup and cinnamon. Tastes like fall in a cup. :)

I preorder after my workout a few times a week when I’m visiting my family and I always have a pleasant experience!
One time I accidentally ordered 2 separate orders (because of the bad service in the center) and they told me to just contact the support through my app, which I did and got a refund for the duplicate within 10 minutes.

We go to this Peet’s all the time. The baked goods are top-notch, the beverages are made well, and the staff consistently kind. Seating is comfy, though on sunny days it can be a bit bright. Great for hanging out, getting work done, or taking a few minutes to sit and enjoy a hot or cold drink.

I like Peet's. The menu is a bit different, their rewards program gives you nice bonuses and if you're dairy free like me... once you get going you end up with free non dairy milk with your drinks using the points. I enjoyed their chai espresso drink, that was tasty.

Love this place, my shots barely ever get burnt here so my coffee actually tastes INCREDIBLE 9.9999 times out of 10. The people who work here are beyond incredible too.

Visiting from out of town, easily found this location. Excellent selection of coffee and options. Very knowledgeable and personable staff, (Kat, Nigel ..) Samples provided, drinks were made as ordered, food stuffs were great. Atmosphere was comfortable and quiet during our mid morning visit. Again, I was very impressed with the selection of coffee available and the staff's willingness to brew, grind, or package any of your choice.

For years, I knew of Peet's coffee (from restaurants, offices, etc.), but never knew they actually had brick-and-mortar locations. My wife and I were in the area and from the pictures on Google maps, it looked like a great place to grab a decent drink and small bite. We loved the setup inside, ordering was super easy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The espresso/milk drink I got was excellent, and my wife (not a coffee drinker) loved the Chai! She is a very discerning Chai drinker, and she was pleased. The sandwiches we ate were super delicious, and I especially loved the ciabatta with arugula. We will definitely be back!

Started going here because their beans are very good quality in their price range. We'll hit this location when there's not a decent sale in the grocery stores.
Like it here because it's a nice and clean atmosphere where you don't get a weird, pretentious vibe you get at just about evety coffee shop in Portland. They usually have some kind of promotion going on something and you can save some $$$.

We were having a bad start to our day, and needed a pick me up. Thankfully Pete's coffee was around. The pastries were good, and warm, customer service was spot on. Good location, plenty of parking. Thank you!

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. The staff is awesome and very helpful and go above the bar in terms of customer service. I have to drive 7 miles to get here and worth it. It's a real problem for most coffee shops when you say you want your drink "extra hot" and it never comes that way. At Peet's it's always that way and their mochas just blow away Starbucks. Their Chocolate Croissants are the reason I live so I have to come here! They seem to have a lot of regulars and I guess I can see why. Great job Peets.

I love this particular Peet's location. It JUST got remodeled and is more open and brighter than before. The staff is just awesome there from friendliness and banter to offering opinions on different drinks if you're wanting to try something different or new/seasonal. I've never once had anything I've ordered come out anything less than just how it's supposed to be made. And I say this having tried a wide variety of beverages there from lattes and mochas to teas, cold brew, tea lattes and so forth. I like to change it up and they always keep up! Highly recommended.

Go here for my sugar free vanilla breve. It was the keto treat... now its just the treat. When we get coffee here, we drive about 50 minutes round trip to get the coffee, because while others around us are good... They are not quite as good.

We've been coming to the Happy Valley location for years now. We come from NE Portland because this is the best combination of good coffee, atmosphere, and customer service in the Portland area, minus the Portland grime that exists inside all the coffee shops that are inside I-205. It's s nice getaway from Portland.
