Definitely recommend Zerorez! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! Showed me all the bad areas/stains in my carpet and told me what she would to to get rid of them and make my carpet look better. She was very efficient and left my carpets looking very clean!

I have used Zerorez for years. I responded to an ad this week and had my whole house done thorough for the advertised price without an upsell or unanticipated charge. Very pleased again!

The technician did a great job. She explained different options at the beginning and throughout her work on my apartment. She cleaned the vinyl floors and carpets and cleaned my 6 foot cat tree! I have a long haired cat and it looks so much better now

Communication with the company was good. Justin arrived when scheduled was friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the products to be used, did the work, showed me before and after pics since I couldn’t access the areas while he was here (and the carpet was drying.). Very happy with the reprocess and the results.

We had them scheduled from 10am to 3 pm, they had a cancellation and showed up at 8am. The employee was efficient and wasted no time. The carpets look better and were not very wet. We are happy with their service

Great service! Super easy to book online, they called to confirm shortly after. CJ called before the appointment to let me know he was finished with the the previous job ahead of schedule and asked if I would like him to come early, which was awesome. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet, I also asked him to do the kitchen and bathroom floors while he was there and I'm so glad I did. This was a rental and I don't think they've ever been this clean! Very reasonably priced too.

They were super fast and did an amazing job! I honestly was not expecting a lot of the stains we had to come out but they almost all did and the ones that didn’t are hardly noticeable anymore! We will definitely be using them next time!

The man who cleaned my carpets and two recliners did an outstanding job. He explained what he was going to do, asked pertinent questions, worked efficiently, and pointed out areas that weren’t going to be spotless due to the age and use of the fabric. There were no surprises when the bill was presented and he worked especially hard to clean the recliners which had never been done professionally. I would definitely use Zero Rez in the future.

Very Kinda, Patient and Understanding workers. The job was done pretty quickly and with windows opened and fans on, the carpet dried in under 5 hours. Definitely recommend!

We had the best service from Randy today. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the stains we had. Our carpets needed a lot of extra attention because of the pet stains we had, and he made sure to call me and let me know his recommendations. He in no way pressured me to add the extra things needed and even informed me that if other carpet cleaning companies told me I needed to do this or that, that it was a scam. I especially appreciated him explaining the process of how he was going to treat the stains and also letting me know beforehand what the cost would be. He asked if we were planning to replace our carpets in the near future because if we weren't, he would have suggested another treatment for them. This company is not about trying to nickel and dime you, they are honest and trustworthy. I'd also like to mention that I had previously tried to contact two other carpet cleaning companies in the area before I contacted Zerorez, and did not even get a call or email back from either of them. Zerorez was prompt in scheduling us, and because of our experience with Randy and the company, we will definitely schedule with you in the future. Thank you for the excellent job. Our carpets look so much better--and just in time for the holidays!
