Linda is amazing. From making sure that our concerns about our new home are addressed to taking care of concerns re: the home we were selling. I was very nervous about the choreography of selling and buying a home. There were a few last minute issues that came up on the home we were selling that Linda just handled for us...from getting a new disposal installed, fixing a leak, to drywall work. This helped us so much in being able to focus on our family's move. She saved her best work for closing. We had back to back closings and our seller did not have a release from their HOA. She understood how important it was for us to close that day so we had a place to move. Linda worked over lunch to go above and beyond to get the paperwork that the title company and seller's relator were not having any luck getting. She gets it done and she keeps a cool head all the while. I would highly recommend her!
