I am a beer guy, and like to try local beers when I travel. They had a very nice selection and the manager was more than glad to assist with suggestions.

The staff here is very helpful. They have an amazing selection. This was my second stop on my quest for whiskey in Indianapolis. My first stop was a bust: the people who ran the shop had no idea what they were selling and wanted me to Google different brands that they carried so I could find out information about their stock. Does this seem OK to you? It did not seem alright to me so I left and showed up at Crown.
The staff there were able to answer all of my questions about what they had in stock and made some great recommendations. My only regret that I wasn’t able to return to the shop to spend more money. I am so glad I went in and did some shopping.

Amazing people! Very kind. I had called two weeks in advance to going to see if they had an elevator and they have a freight. The man come in on his day off so we could get to the wine part in the lower floor and it was probably the best liquor store I've been to. But I wouldn't call it that. It seems like a dime a dozen word. They had sample wiskeys which was good and bad, not my kind of pallet and when it looked like I might heave they gave me water. Large amount of options, and well versed in what kinds of alcohol and how it tasted. The winer who came in on his day off to help us, was friendly and im pretty sure spoke in tounges (not really just giving locations and facts about the wine). Had an amazing time

Crown Liquors in Indianapolis has what you want if what you want is liquor. All joking aside, the staff was friendly, the selection was good, and the prices were fair.

I don't drink anymore but I must say that this place has a huge selection of various types of wine, beer, and hard alcohol. It's also one of the few liquor stores that's located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. I can't comment on the prices because I don't buy anything from here and have only been in here a handful of times when I was with a friend who needed to make a purchase.

Prices are reasonable, though occasionally on the higher end for some of the rarer brews. The selection is incredible though! Staff are friendly and helpful. Hours are great. Probably the best craft beer selection downtown.

This is how a downtown liquor store should be. Two levels of the best liquors available. If you love wine, hit the lower level, you'll be intoxicated just checking out all of the selections that they have. The first level is for people who love beer, IPA's, you name it. I looked all over for 151 rum during the holidays. The only place I could find it was here. Don't listen to me, go see for yourself, you'll understand what I'm talking about.

As an economist, efficiency is the name of the game. In ten minutes I spent over $50 dollars on some local brews while passing through town. Staff was helpful and quick. Selection was top notch for local and regional. They even recommend a spot for lunch that was excellent.

The selection these guys have is vast, and they have a second floor wine cellar. Very helpful staff, who gave me really solid recommendations when I became a tad overwhelmed by the selection they have. As it is located downtown, finding street parking can be a bit of pain at times, and I didn't see a 20-min zone for quick in and outs.

Downtown Crown liquors is the only store you need. Great selection of beer, wine, and bourbon. They even hand select Four Roses bourbon exclusively for their chain!
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store has free beer and wine tastings most Fridays and Saturdays. Make sure you go downstairs, that's where the tastings are! And the awesome wine cellar ;)

Wow. Incredible selection. I was hoping to score some Zombie Dust on our way across Indiana after having trouble finding any in Ohio. This place exceeded my expectations. I grabbed a case of FFF and two of the BCBS variations, which I'd also been struggling to find. I was also shocked to see tons of CBS on the shelves, which is pretty hard to come by in Denver. Lots of other beer I'd have loved to have grabbed if we only had more room in the car.

If you can't find the wine that you want here, you are the problem 🤣. Their beer selection is EQUALLY impressive! Definitely in the top list of INDY bottle shops!
