We had a wonderful employee in appliances helping us by phone, then in person verifying everything we needed. I believe her name was Rebecca. A great representative for you.

This may be the best Lowes I have been too. Plenty of people to help find things. Debra and Jason at checkout have been awesome. It also does not seem as busy as others. Potentially because it's more efficient? I was staring at some batteries and a gentleman in the tools department magically appeared with almost no waiting, and was extremely helpful.

I shoulda taken some pictures. Two standout points to make about this Lowes. The store is huge, and the parking lot is huge and flat. Regarding the parking lot, plenty of room for trailers, and being flat, there won't be run-away 150 pound lumber carts slamming into the side of your truck.

Always have the best service and exactly what we're looking for, This is a good place to get something for your home, Has everything you need for home improvement... I mean everything... cabinets counter tops garage storage, shelving .. plumbing... electrical.. all sorts of electric and air tools along which every other type of tool you need for your home needs... they have a huge set of lumber also for crafts as well... everything for complete home make overs... I love this place and l very liked the: tools,machine....everything in here Hihihih

Now that they use Independent contractor's to do their delivery, the quality of service from the delivery teams is phenomenal! Best decision they ever made! Pure professional! Very knowledgeable about the products even though they aren't actual "Lowe's" employees. Very fast but efficient!

Lowe's has become our place to get our live trees for Christmas, as well as, other household items and improvements. The Brownsburg location is the closet Lowe's to our home so we use it. We also go to the Avon location. The service at both is pretty good.

Lowe’s cancelled my order because of shipping issues but I still needed my items to finish my remodel of our bathroom. I traveled to three Lowe’s today. But I have to say, they took care of me. They made the necessary phone calls, gave me a discount, helped me load our items. This is why I keep coming back to Lowe’s.

Awesome store. Big, and yet still able to find anyone available to help! I have had trouble at other locations in other states with this....waiting up to 30 minutes on line at customer service to get assistance in a certain department.... never been the case here 😊. Highly recommend. I have always been able to get good advice and assistance at this location- especially the paint dept! Thanks, Bburg Lowe's! Also, I am a fan of the Veteran Parking ❤

I cannot write enough wonderful things about the Lowes paint department. Joe and Clay have been wonderful to us. They have been patient, kind, and so helpful during the process of painting our new home. I’ve had so many ideas/colors that I’ve wanted for our kitchen and living room. They have definitely been understanding and helpful with my indecisiveness. They have expressed so many times how they just want to help produce the vision of our dream home and make it our own. They’ve also stated how nice it is to see returning customers and knowing that we trust them with their help. Any time I go to the paint department I always ask for Joe or Clay or when they work. These guys are amazing!! Thank you both for your amazing work! Lowes- you are lucky to have these two! They take care of their customers and work hard

Today's trip to this Lowes location was excellent. I needed some paint and supplies for a project. My first stop was to the paint counter where in the past the service has been poor. But tonight, it was great. I was greeted in a friendly manner and promptly helped. I cannot remember his name but it began with a C. He quickly grabbed the correct paint and promptly mixed two gallons for me. The entire time I was waiting he stayed at the counter and asked about the project. It is the first time in a long time, I felt like a valued customer. Way to go! I can honestly say the same thing about the checkout process. I use the self checkout lanes which are usually staffed by someone that has zero personality and has no interest in customer service. Not tonight! The last was friendly, quick to help when something did not scan correctly. She did everything with a smile and friendly demeanor. On the way out she said thank you and thanked me for my service .

One thing that really stood out to me was their pick up option. I was able to order my items online and then just swing by the store to pick them up. This was a huge convenience as it saved me from having to wait in line or search for items on the shelf.

The store was also well-organized and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend Lowe's for your home improvement needs and would definitely suggest using their pick up option to save time and avoid crowds. Five stars!

Very friendly and great customer service at the Brownsburg Lowes

I needed to return part of a larger item that was defective out of the box. The rest of the item was assembled. The broken part was one of the last pieces I needed. I called and explained the issue. They told me to bring in just the broken part, and they would pull an unbroken part from another box. This is exactly how it went, and I was in and out quickly. The customer service was fantastic.

I have been going to this store for 2 years. All the Employees are nice and friendly but this time EVA, from Garden was exceptional! I saw a Gazebo that I loved it since I saw it. I asked for a Guest Attended and somebody said ask for Eva, I did and she ordered the delivery, she went to cashier, I asked if I can increase my Lowe’s credit card limit and she said yes, she did it and I could get my Gazebo. She was kind, friendly and very professional.

This location had everything we needed for our project.

Very happy with Brownsburg Lowes!!! The Lowes app stated a product was in stock at another store, after traveling all the way there we found out it was not at all in stock there. After calling several stores they were the only ones to answer their phones and provide help stating they actually had a few in stock. Very upset with the app but happy to know just picking up the phone and calling does a way better job and provides better customer service

Needed to pick up some water softener salt. Asked a rep where it is and he pointed me in two different directions. Cheaper salt over there. Better salt over there. Which makes me ask how is one salt better than another. He told me some can help with high iron content. Some are really soft which changes how the bath feels. How can I not love this place?
