These guys are fantastic! Super informative… super efficient… and the prices are reasonable. As a female, I never felt pressured or felt like they are trying to run stuff over my head. They’ve always been respectful and kind-hearted. And all the guys seem to have a great relationship among each other. A great team they are!

I used to always take my cars to the dealerships because I believed that was the most secure thing to do; however, these guys, I definitely trust my car with!

I took a 25-year-old vehicle on a road trip, and the bad roads shook my vehicle to the point of needing new replacements. Even though the parts to fully repair my exhaust system and suspension weren't available, these folks went out of their way to come up with creative solutions that solved some of the problems completely and successfully created patches that got me to my destination and back home where Midas will finish the job. This is the type of creative problem solving that doesn't happen at most stock repair franchises. Bravo!

I went in recently and ask about my car pulling right. Instead of just saying I needed a whole suspension job that I thought it might be they found issues with my tires and saved me money. A great and trustworthy shop. Thanks again.

On arriving I noticed Very friendly atmosphere. I was there less than 5 mins and they diagnosed my issue with my car while other places couldn’t figure it out. Had the work done that day and had my car back within less time than predicted. Highly recommend will use again for future car issues.

We took our 2001 S10 for an exhaust flange, Midas Team took time to get the stuck bolts off and replaced them with new ones, no short cut, job done correctly, without wasting anytime. Price was reasonable, I’m happy with the service, highly recommend, will for sure come back. Thank you Midas Team.

I’ve taken my truck to the Plainfield Midas a few times now and each time I felt like the team did a great job with whatever repair or service my truck needed. The most recent interaction was for an oil change. The team pointed out the oil leak that I was aware about but forgot to mention. They were able to get everything fixed and back to working order before the end of the day, which is always ideal.

Midas did a great job on my car repair. They installed a new Battery and alternator. I also had them do an Oil Change. I applied for the Midas Credit card while at work and didn’t get the card information. Nick was so patient while trying to complete the transaction. I will return when car repairs are needed

Will, the proprietor, is extremely professional, intelligent, kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful. He goes over everything in complete detail, and always strives to save me money, while taking care of my vehicles.
His counterpart, Kevin, is an expert mechanic and I trust him to keep my cars safe , and roadworks, for both myself, and my family.
Together, they formed the best car care team I could hope for.
Thank God I found them.

Always friendly and professional. I've never had any issues with them. They are up front with pricing and they explain everything in terms I understand. They seem to have a high staff turnover rate, but I'm not faulting them for it. Definitely recommend!

They were great. Very helpful when the battery went bad in my wife’s car I took it to Midas for replacement. They were out of stock on the one I needed however they located one a couple of miles away and went to get it so my repair could be done asap. I will definitely use this place again.

Let me say, having an issue while traveling for work is not high on anyone’s “to-do list”. So when looking for a shop that can squeeze a walk-in with a tight schedule is awesome. Nate was able to have my vehicle fit in and diagnosed by early afternoon. They were able to have the parts ordered and best of all, they came in early. With them seeing my plight, the work was completed 2 days early, all without me intervening. Nate and his team kept me updated and accommodated the logistics surrounding my situation of being out of town. Thank you so much!

If i could give more stars i would. We were from out of town and My Daughters car broke down. The staff at Midas Plainfield were the best!! They diagnosed the problem and had her fixed in less than an hour!!! If you need repairs, dont hesitate to bring your vehicle here. 100% recommend!!!

I was in a really tough predicament today around 2:30pm (you guys close at 4pm) and needed help ASAP, and William dropped everything he was doing and got me right in to help fix a mistake I had made on my own. He went above and beyond when he could have easily told me that they were too swamped (they were jam packed) but he made it happen! Midas is lucky to have a Store Manager like William! Thanks again so much for helping me with such short notice! I appreciate it!
