Fast unload. I got there at 07:00 for a 08:00 appointment. Directly to door 62 . Empty in 30 min . Thanks amazon, excellent job

Loaded here today. Checked in with Guard, at 13:00. Was told to park along fence, that they were on break. They called maybe 5 minutes later, was assigned to dock 190. Back in Dropped trailer, pull forward, light goes red immediately, was loaded by 14:15, out completely at 14:30. So Great experience for me. 👍👍👏👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

If the broker gives the address as 1750, it will be the wrong address. The real address is 9955 CH Robinson Building.

Overnight parking and plenty of space to maneuver even if you happen to pull a quad of 53's...Been here several times at diff hrs of day or night, Security always nice and helpful plus quick unloading, never picked up so can't comment on that...Continue doing the great stuff and Cut Out the bad reviews stuff...haha

Not sure about the loading but unloading was really fast. Arrived a day before my appointment, parked overnight, checked in at 7:30 am for 9:30 am and was out by 8:15. Great job folks. 👏

Appointment at 1 pm on Saturday . Check in at 12 noon. Got loaded in one hour. I guess I’m lucky it was a Saturday not busy today

In-out in 60 minutes. I was delivering a full load (44000 lbs), showed up 35 min. before my appointment. Stayed overnight in a close by street.

Delivery w 53' dry van. Truck entrance is on NE corner of building/lot. Far left lane is for service vehicles, center is for pickup & right lane is for delivery.
Check in with security & assigned dock at guard shack. Slide tandems back, place bills and seal in trailer, disconnect trailer & wait for green light. Will find signed bills in trailer. Exit at South West corner of building. Total unload time 1hr 2min. Staff friendly.

They unloaded within 30 minutes.7.30 am apt nd done by 8 .

Delivered a full load here. Friendly person in guard shack and had a friendly and fast guy unload me. Was in and out in less than an hour.

Was there 7/12/23 wasn’t supposed to pickup till 7/13/23 they got me an out within an hour I’ll pickup here again my experience was pleasant

five trucks checked in at 6:30am out in less then 30 min!...not just my case!..thank you guys good job!!

Sat for over 11 hrs to be told my pick up order hadn’t even been filled or released. No communication or place to find out what was going on. Come to find out this same thing has happened to 4 other drivers this week! Very poor company to haul for!!

Took 35 mins to get unloaded.
Friendly people on check booth. Just make sure you have the delivery number on arrive.
No overnight parking

Overnight parking plus had me unloaded under 2 hrs..thumbs up!

I was scared to come here but.. 430 appt... Loaded and leaving at 6. So can't compare to others.

The guy who works Saturday in the guard shack is awesome. Very helpful and professional. Hope you get your cast off pal!

Great place for a drop/hook..when I did live unloads here they were a lil slow but over year or so they've gotten things together and sped things up a lil...great job PDC
