Macy's

Had not been to Macy’s for a while, and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and bright it was. They had a lot of stock and I can’t wait to go back when I have more time to shop.

I went for an Estée Lauder purchase. And got the best best customer service from Kathy M at the Estée Lauder counter. Thank you thank you— we don’t get great customer service like that everywhere these days!

My favorite Macy's in central Indiana the employees here are absolutely awesome it's truly a throwback in time when customer service was a priority above all.

Clean, nice store, and has a huge variety of options. The staff is nice and helpful, Fitting rooms are available to use. They usually have sales going on, especially around the holidays. You are also able to sign up for free to the rewards program that gives you points with every purchase.

I had an order pickup this morning and had the pleasure of meeting a woman named Pam she displayed
great customer service by informing me about the different ingredients in perfumes and cologne she made me feel like I was talking to an old friend she absolutely awesome. Please ask her if you have any questions about perfumes or cologne.

This place offers a lot of options and there's always great deals and discounts

Walked into Macy's and right in to a Michael Kors sale! Ya! I love the backpack that is in the picture. We had a nice sales person. Answered all of our questions. I was worried I couldn't take on the plane with me and she told me I wouldnt have a problem with it's size. Love Macy's!

The new Backstage section has a good selection and is like Marshall's. Prices are reasonable.

The personal shopper Jill was excellent. She not only looked to see if the shoes I wanted were in stock or if they could be ordered, but she recommended several other options after we couldn't find the item. She gave some great advice and we found a great alternative in the backstage area downstairs. Wonderful personality and a great attitude, very personable as well. The lack of employees in the store is a little irritating, but Jill made this a quick and easy 5 star trip.

Me and my husband went there to by good perfumes. Pam who is working in that department is simply amazing.
Must ask for her for any confusion or like zero knowledge of perfume but still want to get it best as per our taste she helped us in all the possible ways and even waited patiently, gave us all the time to think and get the best one.
Pam is best must must ask for her.
