Lowe's Home Improvement

My wife and I had the best service from the outdoor and garden area. We wanted to purchase a fireplace that was marked down because of damage. We wanted to plug it in to make sure it worked. Rocco found an extension cord to plug it in and found a screwdriver to take the back off then got a tape measure to see if it fit in the car then helped us load it. Rocco went above and beyond normal duties and was extremely friendly. We will definitely return in the future.

We ordered our washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed. They gave us a window of 8-12 and by 8:30 they were already there! Tony and his delivery partner were very friendly and very efficient at getting our appliances moved in and installed. They were done with the installation even before 9 o’clock hit. They showed us how to use everything and Tony was very good at explaining everything we needed to know about our new washer and dryer. Would definitely order again if I could!

I wanna give a huge thanks to Christina and Patterson for taking the time to help me out with a huge order I had. They loaded my heavy materials for me and were just such good sports about it. They both had smiles on their faces and were so helpful and kind. Thank you ladies!! I’ll definitely be back.

A young African American Woman with a name starting with K gave my husband and I the best customer service today. She was very helpful, spoke to us when we walked up to the self check register, assisted with a gift card and military discount. Spoke kind to us and looked us right in the eye when she spoke or listened. What a wonderful young lady!! It is so wonderful to see that customer service is still at Madison Ave Lowe's because there are so many places where you barely get a grunt out of an employee.

Found what I needed right away. A very nice gentleman helped get it off the shelf, and a very nice lady helped me at the checkout. I don't really do those self-check thingys. In and out fast.

There was a gentleman who went over above and beyond for us so we could get our fridge home, we could not fit it in our vehicles and items on sale can't be delivered. We asked if anyone had a truck and we could pay them for bringing it for us. He jumped to help us out and he even helped us load it in his truck and unload it on to our porch. I unfortunately did not get his name but he was very tall with medium length wavy hair and he said he worked in the paint department which what he helped us with was out of his department and everything. It's hard working gentleman that go the over extra mile to help someone that deserves so much more then what they earn at their jobs!!! Give that man a raise and a bonus for real for real and he did all this for us at closing time too!!! Words can't explain how much we appreciated his help thanks again and I hope your boss sees this review and gives you the raise and promotion you deserve!!! I hate that I can't remember his name smh!!

I love lowes because I’m self sufficient and don’t like to be bothered. Women browse in shopping malls. Today I was lucky not to have anything to do.
So I walked down every isle and
Made sure I didn’t need anything. But lowes is cool I bought discounted broke open
Bags of concrete for half off and they will most always work a deal if something damaged. So always ask.

We came by and we were so happy that lowes has their Christmas stuff out already. A very good selection. Make sure you also check out the stuff un the greenhouse.

Alway's can find what I need, & friendly employees willing to assist me when I am unable to locate something on my own. Great selection of flooring, lighting, millwork, building materials, insulation, tools, rental equipment, paint, stains, cleaning products seasonal, & much more!!!

I almost always find what I'm looking for here. If I can't find it. The staff is very helpful. They offer a good military discount to veterans. There's no fine print or limit on your annual savings.

As I walked through the store, I was asked by at least 4 very friendly workers if I was finding everything OK, if I needed any help. I was looking at the bag lawn chairs and had taken one out of the bag to sit in and try it out. As I was putting it back into the bag...always a bit if a struggle....another friendly worker came over and gave me a hand. I was so impressed by how kind they all were, and that they came to me to ask if I needed help. Usually in a big box store I have to walk aisle to aisle to find someone to help! Too bad I live closer to Cincinnati and too far away to make this Indianapolis store my regular place to shop!! Thank you Lowe's!!

I have been a loyal customer of Lowe’s for a long time and I always enjoy shopping at their Greenwood store. They have a large and well-organized selection of home improvement products, from tools and hardware to appliances and furniture. Lowe’s also offers some great services, such as free delivery, installation, and financing on qualifying purchases. They also have a rewards program called Lowe’s Advantage Card that gives me 5% off every day or special financing options. I also like their online shopping experience, which is easy to use and has a lot of features, such as product reviews, project guides, and online order tracking.

The only thing I don’t like about Lowe’s is that sometimes their prices are higher than other competitors, especially on some items that are on sale elsewhere. I also wish they had more coupons and discounts available for regular customers. Sometimes their customer service can be slow or inconsistent, especially during busy hours or holidays.

Overall, I think Lowe’s is a great place to shop for all my home improvement needs. They have a lot of quality products and services, and they have a professional and helpful staff. I would recommend Lowe’s to anyone who is looking for a reliable and convenient home improvement store.

We needed a refrigerator immediately because ours was on its last legs. The sales associate here was extremely helpful and got us what we wanted with a 2 day delivery. The Samsung we bought is a wonderful product and will serve our needs very well. The delivery also went very well.

Melissa in customer service did a great job helping me locate an item that was not available on the floor. She took the time out of her busy day to get a ladder and pull the item from a high storage area. She was friendly and professional. Thank you Melissa!!!!

Purchased grill online! Went to pick up! I had been told by employee named Jerry the day before the side plate would have to be removed to fit it into my SUV.
Arrived at store and a female employee was extremely helpful. She removed the plate and helped me load the grill into the SUV. I thanked her and offered to tip her. She immediately refused the tip and said it was their policy not to accept! She said it was a pleasure to help me and waved as we drove away. I forgot to catch her name but you can rest assured she earned our respect! We drove prox. 20 miles to this store and we will be back.

Have shopped here many time's. The staff is always helpful if I can't find what I'm looking for. Price's have always been reasonable.
