Had my 1st golf fitting earlier this year, and could not be more pleased with the staff in that department. Both Chase and Derek were very knowledgeable and took the time without making me feel pressured in any way. Feels real good when you return to the store, and the staff remembers you. :) Top knotch golf department! Keep up the great work

They recently re-did the layout at this location, and I actually like it. Mostly clothing at the bottom, sports and outdoor stuff upstairs. Also connected to the mall, so it's pretty convenient. This store is always super clean and there is usually someone near by to help!

Lots of products. A bit disappointed though on the collection of tennis shoes.

Very easy process for my purchase. Employees were very nice found what I needed and plenty of cashiers so I got right in and out.

I went in to buy a few jerseys. I was in and out fairly quickly. Associate was nice and polite.

I was greeted when I walked in. I got 2 bowflex kettlebells. They were on sale and I'm pleased with my purchase. The workers I saw smiled and asked if I needed help. I enjoyed my time shopping.

I ordered Hoka 11 Clifton 7 Runnings shoes. I am so pleased with my shoes!! I've never owned a pair of shoes, running shoes that were as comfy as these are.
I didn't buy them to run in, I got them to work 10-hour shifts on my feet. The minute I put them on I could feel that my feet were landing properly and my hip pain was almost completely gone just from putting them on for a few minutes! I am so happy with my purchase!
I will definitely buy these again! They were literally like having memory foam clouds on my feet;
The shoes are so lightweight!
There's a slight rocker bottom on them that is so much easier to walk in I know that's going to be helpful for me.

Big selection of sporting goods, sections were all well labeled. Staff tried to help me find something, but unfortunately it was out of stock in the size we needed. They opened more registers when the line got long. Prices were not too bad for on sale items.

Wow!! A person could spend an entire day in here! WHATEVER your sporting preference, I'm sure you'll be able to find what you need here. They also carry a large variety of T-shirts and sweatshirts. I loved their camping and fishing section! The store was very well organized and the sales associates were all very friendly.

Amazing experience on black Friday! Tim in golf section was amazingly helpful! Clean store, and elevator works. The up escalator was not working, but they did have someone working on it. Reachel the cashier was also helpful, since I didn't have my rewards card with me. Friendly employees.

I don't honestly think I've ever bought anything here since 2006 when we bought a kayak the size of a small bus that we've used exactly once; it's fairly overpriced here. Having said that, my son loves riding the escalators more than anything when we go out; he's been asking to ride them since he learned to walk. We don't want to lose our brick & mortar shops. It's dystopian enough without big tech telling us what we can buy. We should support any store we can physically walk into right now before they're all gone.

I went in today to find a new pair of gym shoes and Aaron from the shoe department was so helpful amd knowledgable which made making my selection so easy! Cashiers at the front desk were also very kind and quick to assist..overall awesome staff and store!

Nice Friendly and helpful staff here in the greenwood location. But not overbearing employees trying to push a sell on you the entire time. The store was clean and well out put together to easily find what you are looking for

Customer service rep in bicycle department at Greenwood location went over and beyond when I needed my sons bicycle put together for my sons birthday in a couple hours. Really appreciate the customer service of going over and beyond.

My first visit to Dick's I found a success. The staff helped me find the perfect fit for my daughter's baseball glove. I was just pleased with all the help, and other customers were a help too.
