Found what we were looking for and got checked out quickly. We love the deals we always get and the professional service.

Pretty fair prices on shoes... My first one was in Florida.. Good selection... Tho as the norm these days at shoe stores you really can't get someone who will help with some actual shoe selection.. I did have one employee help me with the foot measure thing... Not saying anything bad about the employees... The ones that had interaction with were very friendly! Yes i will continue to be a shopper here!

Great deals. Great selection. This store will order shoes for you and ship them to your home. They have a very good rewards program. Nearly all of their products are buy one and get one 50% off. The employees will tell you about the deals if you are not already aware of them.

They were understaffed here, yet still found a way to be very helpful and to follow up. Seems like a lot of other places don't help you and then use the short staffing as an excuse for it.

Needed a pair of converse and I had a pic of the pair I wanted and they didn't have that style but told me where to go. After realizing no one had that style I returned back to rackroom shoes to purchase a different color because they price point was $7 less than any other store in the mall.

Unfortunately didn't find what I needed but a ton of different options here

They almost always have bogo deals, as a rewards member you consistantly earn points towards $$ off your purchase and they have a decent amount of different styles of name brand shoes. It's great for families trying to save a bit and still get nice things!

The salesperson Jonathan was exceptional. He was very patient while my 2 grandchildren picked out their shoes

VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN STORE. FOUND A PAIR OF CUTE SANDELS IN MY SIZE. WHICH IS VERY HARD 2 DO AT MOST STORES.
