The Corner Bar

A happily married out gay man here. I frequent this bar weekly and have had no issues with staff or patrons. In fact the staff goes well above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience.

I visited this place for the first time last week and had a wonderful visit. The Corner Bar is well staffed with very friendly and attentive people. The bartender was super friendly and checked on me often. Both the food and drinks were priced right. I did not get to enjoy the huge outdoor seating area but I'm looking forward to another visit sometime soon. This is a very cool place. 5 ✨s!

Went for a memorial/celebration of life. Whatever you are paying your kitchen crew, double it! The food was hot, fresh, stunningly tasty, and was great portions for the low price! The service was great, and the band was amazing as well, albeit a bit loud for my personal taste. We will absolutely be coming back any time we visit Indy.

To the person who made a comment about being refused service because he was gay, I highly doubt that was the Ron you were refused service, if in fact you were.

I am gay, I am openly out at. I work at the bar, my husband and friends all frequent the bar everyday and have never had an issue. The customers and staff are very accepting and approving.

Did you talk to management when this supposedly happened?

I was lucky enough to discover this sweet little place because my friends played a show there. The chicken tenders were amazing. We met some other amazing artists. James Martin painted another beautiful picture. Can't wait to go back.

First and only time visiting so far. I was there to support a friend's band. The concert area was spacious and provided a great sound. The staff was great and kept me hydrated. Great place to see live music for a smaller venue. Thank you for everything!!

Donna's got a great place and treats us all well. If you want live music, there's no better spot on the South side

Corner bar how much better can it get. The entire staff is not there just to collect your money. I lost my son 2yrs this Friday n they were their with hugs and so much love. The new bartender Alyssa is just as great. She's more then a keeper. She talked to me when I was pretty much in tears and everything about her lifted my spirits. Good food good atmosphere and a real team. Love it there and so will you! Robert

This is an amazing place. Great food, music, service and atmosphere.

As a first timer here. I have never had Better service. Between Rhonda and Danny our night has been the best. Amazing drinks. Good prices. Amazing service. Come on down. Open neighborhood bar very friendly and accepting.

The pulled pork sandwhich is awesome. They hear you when you tell them you want your french fries or tots extra crispy unlike most places.

Very friendly staff and they are usually on point with the eta.
