Wow! This place is Top notch, and Nicole is a magician! My spouse was very well taken care of, and it didn't end there; Nicole was so attentive to my families needs that I would have thought we were Dixon's only clients. She took note of every request and she and her staff executed them flawlessly. Our service ran over which caused a ripple effect in our timeslot for military honors at the gravesite. I conceded that the service was more important than getting there to meet our deadline, BUT when we finally arrived, the Military team was there and waiting. When I tell you they are there for YOU, I mean it. Don't sleep on Dixon Memorial Chapel !!! ❣

Very unprofessional! Was setting up picture slide show during service and it should’ve been done before family arrived. They had water bottles for the family but questioned everyone who grabbed one! Staff members coming in late during service. At the end of service director didn’t even know the persons name and was very rude ! If you love your family please make sure your affairs are in order so you don’t have to go there. Don’t want to give one star😔
