Newcomer helped us pick the service we wanted. You can take what you prefer, and leave what you don't. Funerals are never cheap, but this gives you more control. There was no pressure and Hope, a Director is youthful looking, however, is highly skilled at her job. She has a degree, and 10+ years of experience. She has truly been a Godsend through the loss of my husband & Gary-Office Manager is a pleasant communicator for all things needing to be completed. Both made sure things went very smoothly.
Planning a funeral is never easy, but they made it less painful. Tysm!

Hope helped us get through the most difficult time of our lives. My mother's passing was unexpected and I have been a mess. Hope was compassionate and did everything she could to help plan the funeral. She really did give me the confidence that my mother's remains were cared for and respected as if she was part of her family. She made a difficult heartbreaking time more manageable.

Absolutely perfect! That's how I would sum up my experience with these wonderful people. I couldn't have been more satisfied! From beginning to end they demonstrated so much compassion and consideration for my family in an extremely difficult time and were so accommodating and understanding.
Hope, especially, was so helpful and went above and beyond what anyone might not only expect, but even wish for. She was integral in planning and providing a funeral service that paid beautiful tribute to my son that was more than I had hoped for.

Shelby and Hope were Phenomenal. Facility is welcoming and clean. The staff was respectful and passionate about their work and it shows. Can not say Thank you enough for our experience during this tragic time. Hoping we will not need your services anytime soon however I know where we will reach out to when needed.

Hope Frank was very helpful in a time of distress in my life. She made things easier in my life by being accommodating and sympathetic and had a great sense of humor when needed. Hope showed us respect and compassion during our time of great loss. I recommend seeing those at newcomers when you come to greet a loss in your life. Hope definitely lightened the burden I had on my shoulders when I lost my mother. She had ever thing done in a timely manner . My birthday was just a few days after losing my mom and she made my birthday a good one even after my loss. Her name says it all.

I was completely lost on what to do when my mother suddenly past away. The staff at Newcomer was incredible. They were patient and kind in explaining everything along the way. Their prices were the best I had found and the service was beautiful. So much more than I expected. They were up front with everything and happy to answer any of my questions. Just had my mother’s funeral here. All the staff were so wonderful, and It’s beautiful inside. They have 2 tv screens for video pictures show that they will make for you. Highly recommend them.

Everyone was understanding patient and so supportive. Especially at the cemetery site where it was very windy and cold. I would highly recommend their services for anyone.
