They helped me last night because I wasn't able to get up from the toilet I need to lift assistance and they made me feel very comfortable very secure even though I was so embarrassed they are great great people. I'm sure I will be calling them again to ask for more help because while my knees are messed up but I got to tell you I've never had more professional service the fire department is a very very honorable and respectful occupation I commend you all

Had an elderly man needing assistance at my job today. The whole team was professional and caring. And to the guy i spoke to standing near my counter.... heyyy handsome!

Who in the HELL gives a fire department negative feedback after they save your sorry rear life? You guys are hero’s! Thank you John Kinser for being there for me!

Always there when you need them

Female tech did not wear a mask and was cold and rude to the patient who was moaning loudly due to severe pain from ketoacidosis. Train your people to know the signs and symptoms, LISTEN to what the patient and family tell them, and not be judgmental when they're called to a scene.

They have no respect for anyone's property. They broke my TV and refuse to replace it. I don't have the money for a new one. They all need to lose their jobs. There will be a lawsuit

These guys are fraudsters I got a collection for services I never received 5yrs after I supposedly received them never had I ever received a bill from beach grove fire department directly in the first place or I would've simply provided these crooks with my insurance info or paid outta pocket to make matters worse I've never lived in Beach Crooked Grove to even recieve any services from these fraudsters watch out these crooks will create a bill in random peoples names an write it off an send it to collections.
