Gilvin's Boots & Shoes

Easy to locate the steel toe or other work boots. They are friendly and helpful if you have questions or need a size they don't carry. They made it easy for me to exchange a pair of boots for a different size.

So I’ve read quite a few reviews before I went to Gilvin’s. It was pretty much 50/50 on the reviews as far as overall customer experience. My experience was great. They didn’t have the boot I was looking for in particular, but they had my back up choice and I’m actually glad I went with this boot instead. They had an extensive selection of really great brands. They had top shelf to the apprentice making his way up affording what you can when you can, but still getting a good boot or good work shoe. After my experience I’m starting to think it’s the people who left bad reviews that were the problem or just expect to much from a boot store like it’s a hotel in Vegas lol. The gentleman who helped me was very informative, told him my industry and type of work and he put me in the right direction. Hell he even threw in a free hat that I was going to pay for at the counter and said no worries I got the hat. The cost of the hat was what I would have paid alone in taxes on the boot so much appreciated guy at the counter with the long hair. Great boots and prices and service and the money is going to a small business instead of amazon. Which is why I went to Gilvin’s in the first place because amazon decided to cancel my order after already waiting a week for my boots because they didn’t have the stock to fulfill my order. Will be going to Gilvin’s as long as they are around.

Nice guy at the counter. They had the shoe I wanted but not my size. Still had a great selection of work boots and work shoes.

The guy that helped me was really helpful and nice. I came in and looked at some shoes. He showed me which ones to stay away from. Was pretty quick and easy.

I have worked at FedEx for 21 years, I have bought all my work boots at Gilvin's, very easy to work with.

When you get tired of cheaply made $50 boots, that barely last 6 months... This is where you go for high quality boots.(and safety equipment) I will never buy boots anywhere else.

Came in without knowing what to get and my price range. Immediately helped me out and started grabbing different model of shoes and helping me choose whats best

I don't understand why other people had issues here. I have been coming here to get my work boots(steel toe) since 1993. I have never had an issue.

They have whatever safety shoe or boots you may need! If your size isn't in, they will order it. 👍
