Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I read these review and had decided we were not going to come because of the recent negative feedback, however, I came in before we unloaded the kids to talk with the receptionist. She went to get the manager on duty and I was reassured our time here would not be a “one star review.” We paid our dews for one hour and signed the waivers. Our experience was great. The workers were helpful, had smiles, and the manager even checked in on us while we were at the toddler area. We paid $70 for three, one hour jump passes and socks. It is a little pricey but you know that before coming in to jump. My kids had a great time. (Age range of kids 0months- 8years)

This is a great place to let your kids burn off energy. They have staff scattered throughout the trampolines to monitor the jumpers. This is super helpful because I feel like it makes it a safe place to jump. My daughter got hurt one time and one of the staff got some ice for her. My kids love the obstacle course and the dodgeball area. There’s lots to do and my kids are there for about 2 hours every time we go. There’s chairs where you can watch and there’s food to purchase.

Kids had fun running off steam on a road trip. Clean, well supervised, and lots of fun!

Update: Definitely recommend! My son's party went pretty smoothly. They have a neat system to keep things organized. Our hostess was young, but extremely nice & helpful. She did a wonderful job with keeping the pitchers filled for the kids, our food was out at the exact time, & she instantly cleaned up the spill that one of the kids had. All the kids seemed to have a good time. It was extremely reasonable with the price too! My son is already looking forward to going again.

Overall it seems pretty clean. It has been packed, the 2 times I've been there. My youngest son loves it here, so we are going to have his birthday party here. All the employees have been very friendly. Definitely recommend & we will be returning!

Such a fun place to take the kids any age group is going to have fun

Great time - was there for a birthday party. Facility was clean and well-kept. Lots of employees, and the kids were safe. And lots of fun for kids and parents! There are some seriously challenging courses for adults, all the way to areas for small kids.

If I could give this place a 10 i would. We have been going through alot recently and had some free tickets and decided to come up here for kids fall break and this place was so so much fun and the employees were all amazing and so sweet the General manager is doing a great job. Keep up the great work INDY SKYZONE SOUTH WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

Kids love it! They've got deals through the week making it more affordable. Have also found good 'group on' deals, as well.
Place is kept up well.
Many different activities, not just trampolines.
Has concession stand with normal unhealthy fare. A few healthier choices would be a nice addition. But it's not a food joint, so won't hold that against them.
Also, I've texted a question through this specific locations website and they answered almost immediately.

My son went here for his buddy's birthday party. It is so nice to sit back and watch while the staff takes care of them. This is my sons favorite place. Always a good time.

Great place for kids. Super attentive staff, clean bathrooms, and plenty of variety for every kind of activity. 10/10!!!

This facility was better than most. It had lots more stuff to do. Super cool.

My son has autism and sometimes it’s hard to find a place where he can be himself and have enough room. This was absolutely perfect! This place was packed with kids on a Saturday night and it’s so big he still could find a room he wouldn’t fall over on people LOL. Staff is amazing and efficient and the sky zone was impeccably clean!

Our first time taking my daughter, and she absolutely loved it.

I took my son there and had a blast great place to go.

They have added some new equipment since last time 10-12 months. Well staffed great place to let your kids or grandsons let off some energy and work on balance skills.

Kids had the best party, clean courteous staff. All ages had a blast!

Great pricing on tickets and food! Lots of staff members keeping up on everything. Only one way in and out for kids and you can oversee them from up top if you have multiple. Kids loved it. Definitely come again.

Very clean and there seems to always be employees watching everyone to,make sure no one gets hurt.

Went there and not even 10 mins of jumping and my son was sick and not a little sick but everywhere! I wanted to help clean up but needed to tend to my son. The girls there working where so sweet and understanding. They told me they had it under control so I took my son to the bathroom to clean him up. When we walked back out there was another girl who was looking for us with drink in her hand for my son. They also gave my money back so we could come back another night. I was very impressed by the way they handled the entire situation. I will recommend coming to this sky zone for now on.
