Very friendly, very clean, very well lit, very professional store. The staff are absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. They talk about pretty much everything with the same attitude as if they were selling toothpaste or t shirts

I'm a little well a whole lot vanilla. Had some questions and wasn't going to google answers. Went to the store nervous as it always seems a female is the employee. Anxiety starts up but throws out the question in the most awkward way. The employee showed me the merchandise, answered questions I had. Helped with a beginner item selection. By then I felt comfortable enough to ask about another item. Which again she was polite normal tone, very accommodating. Rung me up and I was very happy with my experience.

Ericka did a wonderful job helping us today! We always have great experiences with this shop. They are always so kind and personable. And there is never a stupid question with them. They are incredibly educated on all of their products and are super helpful every step of the way. I called around to numerous shops this week for a specific wand. And there were a lot of shops who carried it for 5-10 dollars less but were all incredibly rude over the phone and just all around unhelpful. I will always chose lion's den over the competition because their service is unmatched!

What a fantastic experience! After leaving lovers Lane, where no one offered to help me, I came to where I should’ve gone first… The lions den… Vicki was amazing! She really helped me to make choices that would flatter my body, since this is ultimately for me, but also for him… she knows her stuff! It was very comfortable, and a very positive experience! They are friendly with the costumers . And they carry a good variety of product. The store is kept clean they have bathrooms for customers it is a very clean store and well maintained with product and everything and the workers there are great to all the workers there at the loins den on southport Rd keep up the good work there. y'all are good thank you for the making my visit a good one.

First time ever going in a few nights ago. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I needed!

Went today with 2 things in mind of getting. Started talking with Erika and Roe and more ideas came to mind. The girls were so knowledgeable about the products and helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! And they were SO patient with me as my thoughts ran wild as I walked thru the store. When checking out, i realized they gave me the best opportunities with their recommendations on products with sales/rewards. I love this store so much!
