I am thrilled to share my recent experience with the outstanding service provided by Cale and his team at Lowe's 635 Glendale Indianapolis. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.

Recently, I had set up an order for delivery and carry-in service for flooring to one of our projects. However, there was an unforeseen issue with the delivery company, which prevented them from dispatching anyone to the job site. In this moment of crisis, Cale stepped in and took charge of the situation.

Despite the setback, Cale swiftly addressed the issue and within a couple of hours, he arrived at our job site accompanied by Aaron and Tom, two other Lowe's employees. Together, they went above and beyond to ensure that all 136 boxes (7 pallets) of hardwood floors were safely brought inside the home we are developing. Their prompt response and willingness to assist during a challenging situation were truly remarkable.

I cannot express enough appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Cale, Aaron, and Tom. Their professionalism, dedication, and teamwork reflect the values of Lowe's as a company. Working with the Glendale Lowe's has always been a positive experience for us, and this recent interaction only solidifies our trust and loyalty to the store.

April is a great manager. I was doing a curbside pickup order as I had my son with me in the car, and I was waiting for a long while. I went in and she promptly helped me. She informed me that they did not have a person there that day responsible for curbside pickup orders. Rest assured the store had a ton of employees working, just the person that does curbside was off that day. That, I understand. And April the manager was very understanding of how this inconvenienced me and fixed the problem. Tom was an amazing store employee too. He helped take my order out curbside despite this not being his exact role at Lowe’s.

Way better selection than the one on 10th St. they are highly stocked with everything at this Lowes personally I like Menards first and then Home Depot and then Lowe’s but some things you just can’t find at Menards and Home Depot you can find them right here at Lowe’s!

Mr. Randall was amazing. I am amateur at home repairs so identifying things I need can be difficult. Mr. Randall helped me find what I needed and educated me on those things. I appreciated that!

It's Lowe's, how can you possibly be disappointed? I've been to this location a million times for both business and personal reasons, and I have virtually nothing to complain about (except their lumber quality vs. price, you know Menards is the answer for lumber.) 😂

Your typical home improvement and gardening supply place. BUT sometimes you can find really nice steely discounted plants!!

Worked with Patrick in flooring a few days ago and he made it easy to find what I was looking for and got the two pallets of flooring securely wrapped and loaded on my truck for me. For now on, I’ll be sure to look for him when I need something from that area.

This Lowe is pretty much a second home to me in my pup! We typically make several runs into the store in a week and they always have what we need we need! As always the story gets additional points for being so dog friendly!

Employees are so helpful, especially Clem! On multiple occasions, Clem has answered all of our questions thoroughly and is always so polite, knowledgeable, and kind.

Thanks Lowe's for donation of lumber for new tennis wall at Indy parks (Tarkington park) 39th meridian st. Come out and enjoy 😉 the summer of tennis. 😊😊

Lowes on Rural st or the Glendale one ..customer service and selection is excellent...the one on 86th can't even compare..there is a huge difference.

They had what I needed and I was in handout. Self check out is great

Stopped by this afternoon, I needed a cabinet handle screw. I must say I have reached a stage in life where I can no longer see well and am short in the patience department. I’ve been here before and the staff is always helpful and today was no exception. I would have spent a lot of time trying to find that one bolt needed out of the several thousand. Thank goodness for the helpful sales clerk he knew just where to look. I would have been quite aggravated for my efforts and likely given up. If you’re looking for something you can find it here. And if you need assistance like me, handicap carts are available. Nice store, Thanks for your help. 😊

Love shopping at this Lowe's! They have a better selection & the best customer service. I'd rather shop here rather than Home Depot. Where HD rips their loyal customers OFF!

We are redecorating our bathroom and purchased a Kohler toilet, one of the big boys lol. But when it was delivered it was broken. We took it back and customer service was so kind to us. Without a problem or hesitation they gave us another one and loaded it up on the truck 🛻. Thank you Lowe’s

The staff at this Lowe's are all super nice! I bought wood shelving and they cut it to size for me and I got home to reorganize my kiddo's closet. I was quite proud of myself for the project. Thank you!

Leslie in the Garden Center gave me the BEST customer service today. I needed help getting a wheel barrow I bought and couldn't find anyone to help me. She literally went above and beyond what I expected. She was so friendly and nice. I felt bad because she was busy with a task and I asked her if she could find someone to help me. It took her about 10min to locate it and bring it out and she even offered to put it in my car for me. I love this location and her genuine attention made me love it even more.

I was having trouble finding the humidifier I wanted. It wasn't where the app had indicated when I went there. A kind employee stopped and asked me if I needed help. He helped me find the humidifier. Thanks Willie for going above and beyond! You're the best!
