AT&T Store

Jarred was 100% honest and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or try to convince me differently of what I wanted otherwise. Visit took less than 30 minutes and he remained professional while not sugar coating the details.

I went into AT&T and Jarred immediately greeted me and I had a lot of questions about the IPhone 15 upgrade program. He explained everything to me very clearly and put my mind at ease about my new upgrade venture. Jarred was very knowledgeable and patient . He took the time to hear me out and didn’t rush me. I left the store happy and well Informed and I purchased the upgrade in the comfort of my home due to his clear and honest answers. He did mention other products and services but he wasn’t pushy and I truly appreciate that. No pressure experience. He even shook my hand as I exited the store. I give him 10/10 for customer service. The rep was well kept , and looked professional and the store was immaculate . I’ll definitely go to this location for future AT&T business.

We needed to switch phones over to one account and Catalina in the store was super helpful gathering info and making it an easy and seamless process! Bravo Cat!

Brian is absolutely an amazing employee! I wish the whole AT&T company could take notes of his patient customer service skills and actually caring about people! What a great asset this store has to have him!

Came in because my watch would not connect to the AT&T network. Brian helped out. It took awhile to resolve the issue due to resting and updating my devices. Brian made the wait easy due him being a fellow Michigan football fan 😃. The issue was resolved and Brian was great!

We had a great experience upgrading our devices with Brian. Was swift and painless. He is thorough, easygoing, and knowledgeable.

Went in to the store and met with my most favorite rep Catalina. She was wonderful and helped with everything I needed and more. I'm always satisfied dealing with her. My TV, Internet and wireless account taken care in one setting. Thank you!

I went in to look at Apple Watches for my son. I had been doing my own research but needed to see them in person. Tyler was AWESOME and helped me dive into the best series and plan. Probably the best experience I have had in a store. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and because of that I will be coming back.

Attn: AT&T Corporate needs to recognize or at the least acknowledge outstanding employees such as Tommy working at the Glendale Indianapolis Indiana retail store. I am fairly new to being an AT&T wireless customer. I originally came in to take advantage of the lifetime screen replacement deal. After a few moments of waiting Tommy approached me ready to assist me in whatever I needed . So I gave him the new screen protector box and he did the rest. While he was replacing my screen protector I decided to use this time to see if Tommy could help me understand some issues with a few things regarding my service and bill. He helped me understand what I had questions with and I left happy and satisfied. I appreciated how understanding Tommy was with my concerns and took them seriously instead of just blowing me off. Thank you Tommy for being patient with me and not taking my frustration with AT&T personally but calmly explaining the fine print guiding me in the right direction to get all of my concerns addressed and resolved. Thanks Tommy! 🙂

Immediately acknowledged when we walked in. Helped in less than 5 minutes, even though it was very busy. My issue was resolved and I couldn't have been more impressed by the professionalism of the young man! Maybe that's part of the reason for the busy day. They know what they are doing and even answering the phone, the greeting was so pleasant and unscripted. I trained Flight Attendants for United Airlines for 18 years, and I would have hired him in a minute!! Jared was his name, I believe, and I didn't mention that I was very unhappy with AT&T when I came in. I didn't realize that the AT&T "store" in Carmel, IN wasn't actually an Corporate store, just a sales facility, they were really not knowledgeable and completely lied to me about the plan and price I was sold. The difference is HUGE...

Mr. Rick was absolutely amazing and had me in-and-out in minutes, and had a smile on his the entire time! So appreciate for him and their business!

Genia, I was surprised to hear you were MINIMUM not a manager! I expected to come it and have a head ache as there were MANY wrong doings on my account, no fault of her own as it was done prior.

She made a painfully process, oddly enough peacefully and understanding! She went above and beyond and found mistakes that were done at a different location ( 7326 Pendleton Pike Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46226 with a new employee) and helped us fix it. Though she could not fix everything because we had to go back to the other location first, she wrote down everything( in AT&T language to help them understand what needs to be done when I go.

GENIA was absolutely just truly amazing, fast, personable and honesty the list could go on! I did like the fact that, if she needed to reconfirm something she was not embarrassed ( as some people are) TO ASK HER MANAGER to confirm she had the correct info!

AT&T, you would be doing yourself a favor investing time to take the route of management training for her and a raise un the meantime... I first had a nasty taste with a rep there 2 weeks prior that was stuck on being " right" even with the promotion in his face leaving me stuck. GENIA THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Brian Kiser helped us quickly and efficiently with several different projects with which we were needing assistance. We are looking forward to going back to this location with our next project which hopefully will be new phones!!!! Haven’t upgraded my phone in years and was a bit nervous to, but Jarred made it a breeze. He was so helpful, good-humored, and got me everything I needed as easily as it could be! The rest of the staff at this location were also friendly and informative.

Jared helped us get a new phone and then told us about the amazing deals available; so we stocked up. He was patient, kind, respectful and he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him!

Great location. Went in on a Saturday an hour after opening and was able to meet with Catalina within 15 mins of arrival. Catalina was professional, insightful and I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me. We upgraded my phone seamlessly prior to talking through all of the options available to me in order to reduce my bill (auto pay, insurance, paying off my old phone, discounts ++). She helped me feel empowered to make the decision best for me. While I was in there we also talked about their internet. Bundling internet with my phone allowed me the opportunity to purchase 700MG more for $75 less than what I paid for Spectrum. They also will be paying the installation fee, any cancellation fees and the first month. The internet has worked perfectly for the past two weeks. Major upgrade all around. Catalina brought out the iPad, accessories++ as she has to but wasn’t pushy. I left the store feeling happy, empowered and with a full understanding of what my bill would look like. The internet install occurred the Monday morning after my Saturday visit and Austin went above and beyond to ensure we were installing and placing the WiFi in the most opportune area. Highly recommend.

The workers at this store is awesome, understanding,and very helpful helping me out about my bill. Overall, AT&T company in general is the worst company ever!!! They will rob you for your money. I feel bad for the workers here because they work for a horrible company!!

Bryan was wonderful. He helped cancel 6 lines on our account. We even updated our plan and saved even more money.

I went in with my dad today to help him upgrade his phone. Dad admitted he wasn't technologically versed, but Jared did a wonderful job explaining things to him and offering to help out. Very personable and kind!
