I've been going to this establishment for years. They always took good care of my hair. They wash your hair for 10.00, take down your braids for 30.00 and oil your scalp without no extra fee.

Texted picture of hair stlye before going and was quoted a pirice....got to the salon not only did they charge more they didn't do the hairstyle. They were bad mouthing Americans. They will never get my again

I have gotten my hair braided. My hair appointment was at 5:15pm & I didn’t leave until 3:30 am. Due to braider going back and fourth on me and someone else hair and didn’t INFORM me at all that this is what she was going to be doing… I normally don’t complain about things but this was VERY unprofessional. Then the client hair she was doing offered for her to come finish the patch I had left in my head because I had an Appointment at 5:15 and was here before her and she told her no i could wait because she told me this would happen WHICH she didn’t. PLEASE do NOT come here. They charge 180 for everything and it isn’t worth it! Go else where! No no no !

Your sister did a horrible job on my daughter's hair all of the parts are different sizes she can't put it in a ponytail with half down because none of the parts make sense! Nerve wrecking to spend money and receive poor quality. We were willing to wait on you but you told us to come sooner and I should of trusted my gut and waited. She did a terrible job!

I want to give this place zero stars. These people come over from Africa charging us a arm and a leg to braids our hair then want to do it any kind of way and won't refund our money. The bi&ch charged me $180 for what was supposed to be knotless braids. Now they did another girls hair and she has about 50-60 braids in her hair, but did my hair and put 22 braids in my hair and charged me the same price. Where and how? Then started out small on one side and bigger on the other side and even bigger in the back. I got home and saw this and told her I want my money back. She told me I can come back and they will redo the part I don't like! Bi&ch you think I'm about to drive and hour in a half to you back to you on rush hour traffic for you to get right what should've been right in the first time! I can't on a Sunday morning for that reason so bi&ch NO! How about who the hell want to set that long again. The person who gave me there number told me they had to redo her whole head .Damn that should've been my queue no to go in the first place! Clearly you can see the variation in the part sizes. Then don't want to take card payments because they want to continue making tax free money!
