Lou was amazing! Knowledgeable, communicative and HONEST. My car was deemed a total loss, he took care of everything, he did all the back work with the insurance company, he saw the process from start to finish.

Luis is very professional yet extremely easy to talk to and friendly. He keeps a very clean shop and enjoys what he does. He has over 15 years experience in automotive service and repair. He prefers to use OEM parts but give customers the option for after market parts.
Prices are much lower than dealership prices. Service is mainly by appointment but occasionally will take jobs on a walk-in basis.
He feels that customer safety and satisfaction comes first.
He will take the time needed to explain things in a way that's easy for anyone to understand.

I had a wonderful experience at Luna Automotive. I had a reoccurring problem with my car not starting and no one could figure out what was causing the problem. After taking my car to a half dozen places (including the Toyota dealership), Lou was the only person who successfully fixed my car. He even came to my home within an hour of when I called him to look at my car. Lou is honest and extremely knowledgable. Luna Automotive is my new go-to place when it comes to anything car-related . Needed Secondary water pump, brake sensors,brake pads,oil change and my turbo/injectors cleaned on my 2012 Audi A5. Not only were his prices fair but his work was superb. Extreamly Honest. It may be a small shop, but Luna does big repairs. Highly educated and certified. No matter the vehicle, give them a call. I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I started having oil leaks on my driveway. Lou checked out my car and I had a crack in my oil filter reservoir which I had no idea was facing up? Luna Automotive was referred to me from a friend. I was a little leery taking my BMW to an independent mechanic instead of directly to the dealership. This guy was awesome and saved me a bunch of money. Plus, he tore my car apart and put it back together in 40 minutes! I will definitely go back to Luna!!
