I have nothing but praise for the pharmacist working the evening shift on Monday 12/12. She was working alone, juggling the drive through, store and phones, amidst a flu crisis! She was patient, compassionate and friendly. I didn’t mind waiting because I could see she was doing her best. A customer was looking for amoxicillin and she called 3 pharmacies to look for it, all while working on my prescription - this shows real dedication. At 8 she finished my order and I expressed thanks, grateful that she had processed my prescription just before closing the dispensary. It was a long wait and not everybody was getting their medication that night because the demand exceeds the supply right now and so many workers are out sick. We need to give a little more recognition to the medical professionals who are trying their best!

Cvs on 46st keystone is good store to shop at with very friendly workers to help assist you. Thanks again to Tencie who helped me with my purchase. Will be shopping at this location in the near future. You guys rock

I was supposed to do this before but I lost my wallet with the receipt and had the pleasure of returning to meet the cashier of the century Shayla!! I am sitting in the parking lot to make sure this review is done!!

She is so warm and welcoming!! At times I take a while to shop even with a list I can forget what I'm looking for and quantities some clerks don't care for it but she was so helpful, patient, and connected with me as a person, not just a customer.

She is a breath of fresh air, very helpful the interactions shows she wants to be there not that it is an obligation and the customer is interrupting their day like I've had at some stores including this one in the distant past.

Her customer service was on point and she pays attention to her sales, I had miscounted my items and she caught it so I wasn't paying more. She incorporated the app into my shopping so I could take advantage of coupons and I even earned some extra care bucks that will bring me back! I look forward to my trip to this location.

The manager Doug is nice too, I've had several opportunities to be rang up by him he will bring a smile to your face. While we are at it let's toss in the security for his safety and privacy I won't share his name without permission he was awesome as well. What a great experience all around. I'll return to this location knowing if they are on shift it I'll leave with a big smile knowing I am getting the most for time, money, and experience!!

The person who helped me at the pharmacy was wonderful. Their name is Briona and they made me feel like a valued customer of this CVS. Healthcare workers are very important and should be treated as such!

I shop for snacks here, mainly. I particularly like gummie snacks. One day, as I was checking.out, I was talking to the cashier (of whom I am assuming is a manager) about how they have the worst selection of gummies.

The gentleman, who's name I didn't inquire, asked me what kind or brand I would like. I told him, ALBANESE.

A month later, whilst shopping for salty snacks, I spied ALBANESE gummies on the shelf!!!

Talk about GREAT customer service. I'll happily pay over-inflated prices for the convenience of getting what I want, close to home, AND supporting a totally rad dude, who took the time to LISTEN and make an effort.

THANK YOU, DUDE. I wish I had his name, so I could appropriately don the accolades.

Megan did a fantastic job serving us while she was at the Allisonville CVS. When that location closed, she moved to the 46th Street CVS and is continuing to provide the same friendly and professional service as before. We appreciate all she has done for us!

Five star service compared to one star at the 15th and Meridian St. store in Indianapolis a few days before.

This is the best CVS. It is always clean and the staff is always available for assistance

Friendly and convenient.

I don't see very good reviews for this store, but I personally have not had any very bad experiences here. It has been a fairly good experience everytime I shop from here, but fortunately I have not had to use the pharmacy. Maybe, my opinions might change if God forbid I have to use the pharmacy. I maybe the only one speaking about the newly "designed" parking lot here. This area is pretty shady, and shady areas are associated with shabby parking lots, with weeds growing haphazardly and faded road markings and broken signages. But not here. They have done an excellent job with "designing" their parking lot, with two conveniently and thoughtfully located wheelchair accessible ramps, very bright, and nice parking-spot line markers, clear and bright paint used for arrows on the road indicating entry and exit lanes. Precise border markings, and good quality concrete / tar. Feels really clean and neat, and the inside also seems fairly tidy. This earns it few more stars.
