Athletico Physical Therapy - Indianapolis (Broad Ripple)

I had the most delightful experience at Athletico in Broad Ripple. From the amazing staff who listen with open ears, to the thoughtfulness put into treatment plans, the ease of scheduling, cleanliness of the location and so much more, I would recommend this place 10x over. Ashley was fabulous to work with - friendly, an expert in her field and a great coach/motivator. The pain that I was experiencing prior to coming to Athletico has improved significantly and I now feel as though I have the tools for stretching and exercising to prevent additional pain. Thank you all for a great first experience with physical therapy!

I cannot say enough about the Broad Ripple Athletico. I recently had knee replacement surgery and was in pretty bad shape when I started working with Jenna. She is amazing. I am now on target with my recovery thanks to her. She is attentive and if I tell her I am having problems - she listens and starts me on exercises that help. I highly recommend Jenna. She has improved the quality of my life!

I fell Thanksgiving Day 2023 and had several fractures of my shoulder and rotator cuff damage. After 2 months of physical therapy at Athletico Broadripple I have made great progress and probably avoided surgery. Jenna is my physical therapist and is fantastic!. I still have several weeks to go but she has given me much more range of motion. I highly recommend!

I did PT at another facility in Indy this year (for my knee) and got favorable results. However, I often felt uncomfortable going in there. Their front desk staff was disorganized, the PT was pretty hands-off and some of the PT assistants (who spent the majority of the time with me) didn't know what I needed to be working on. I NEVER had this experience at Athletico or with Dan (my Athletico PT). From day 1 until my final day, the front desk staff were attentive at getting me checked in, competent with billing and friendly when welcoming me. From day 1 until my final day, Dan held the perfect balance of demonstrating the exercises I needed to do and monitoring me as I did them. I never felt like I came to the facility and was stranded while trying to execute a plan that I could've just done in my own house. Even if he was across the room, I knew Dan was keeping an eye on me - that level of investment in caring that your patients are getting the most out of their exercises means a lot. Also, the staff here are all around personable - there was rarely a day that I didn't laugh while in there. That means a lot, too. Thank you all

I have spent many months here for PT, for various ailments (back, shoulder, arm, neck, wrist). The staff always adjusts and strives to provide excellent care. From the friendly greeting when you walk through the door to the final exercise, I feel known and cared for. It's rare to say PT is a good time, but we have plenty of laughs. And for what it's worth, I feel a lot better too!

I am incredibly grateful to live near this athletico, and their services. This is a phenomenal place, and if it weren’t for insurance, I’d say everyone should go here.

But more than anything, I’m absolutely grateful to Jenna, who took me out of an incredibly dark headspace, and helped me get back to normal. I feel like my old self again, and have never felt my abs stronger. She deserves a commendation, but more importantly, a raise and a promotion for her work, care, love, and tenacity in helping people. Thank you.

I love this place. I worry when I make so much progress that I am afraid Dan will say I’m done and I’ll have to stop coming!!! He practically. had to carry me in when I had spinal stinosis. His expertise and his pep talks got me through it it was amazing. Everyone here is so welcoming and supportive like Jenna! Thank you Athletico!

I was in a major car accident, 2 weeks later I started physical theraphy at this location. My PT was Marti, who is really nice and also speaks spanish!! That's a plus 😁 she really helped me to feel way better than when I felt before starting therapy. I'm free of pain and I have to thank Marti for that. All the staff is super friendly ❤ Thank you!!!

The staff sets a very open and welcoming environment. They are personable and dedicated to the betterment of each individual patient. I’d recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to rehabilitate, grow and improve continuously.

I came in with a sprained ankle from running and worked with Anna. It was such a great experience, she helped me get back to running within a few weeks. She listened to what my goals were, where my weaknesses were, and gave me challenging but helpful exercises. I'm now back to running and pain free. If I hadn't gone to Athletico, I would definitely not be at the level I am today. The staff is super nice and fun, the facility is clean, and the sessions are well thought out and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Came in here after spraining my ankle 2 months ago. I had my first appointment with Dan on July 20. Completed my 8th and final visit today, August 24. Dan was great with the exercises that were needed to get my left ankle stronger. Still have work to do but he gave me exercises to continue 3 times a week with my walking and activities that I do on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Athletico.

I highly recommend Athletico PT Broad Ripple! I was greeted there with a delightful, welcoming team of professionals who were ready to help me with my neck pain/tightness. I received a thorough evaluation, with plenty of time and patience for me to ask questions. I then received a clear plan forward for my recovery, with a start to the plan on that same day. I experienced relief from neck pain on day one. I couldn’t be happier with the results from my therapy at Athletico!

Had full knee replacement and my physical therapy went very well highly recommend this place and Ashley was the best therapist, you will be lucky if you get her!

Jenna and the team at the broad ripple Athletico are amazing. I always feel pushed, heard, stronger and better when I leave. I really lucked out with Jenna and am so happy to have this recovery journey with her. Not only is she awesome but every time I’m at an appointment all the staff makes me feel welcomed and help push me to my ultimate goal. It’s such a great, clean and safe atmosphere; the best in the best in the business, hands down. I highly recommend this location and team to anyone. No matter who your physical therapist is you’ll be in amazing hands.

My ortho doctor recommended this specific branch because his wife had had such excellent care when she hurt her shoulder. My experience (lower back and hip therapy from a car accident) was similar. Dan is a *superb* physical therapist (I would trust anyone I cared about with him) and the entire staff was awesome. (Thanks Beth for the great smiles upon entering and exiting, and thanks Cami for keeping the equipment so clean). My time was very well spent and I loved being able to park literally 10 steps from the entrance, every time. Excellent facility and excellent staff. Thanks Athletico Team for helping me heal - not to mention keeping me laughing throughout the therapy!

I have had multiple injuries and have went to this specific Athletico because of the fantastic staff here. They were very welcoming from the beginning and made me feel like a friend instead of a client. I would recommend this location to anyone who is need of physical therapy 100%!

After a bad fall hiking and surgery, I took my wife's advice and checked out Athletico Broad Ripple. Super glad I did! Over 4 months I saw these professionals be exactly what they needed to be for each patient. I saw them be slow and gentle with some folks, and I appreciated them challenging me to do better and only half-jokingly calling me out when I was not doing an exercise right. They made it fun, and I looked forward to it (despite the hard work and discomfort)!

They had plenty of slots for good appointment times, and they were flexible when I needed a last-minute change. And they knew their stuff - what they said checked out with my surgeon and they even prepared me to ask better questions to my ortho team.

Broad Ripple Athletico is amazing! Their staff is fantastic and they really care about getting you feeling better and able to live better. My daughter and I both saw Marti E, and she was great. She worked hard for my daughter's concussion treatment and to get her back to playing with the best and quickest steps, as well as helped me through some leg and knee issues. I have been to 3 different Athleticos and all are great but Broad Ripple and Marti really are top notch. Thank you all!!!

I mainly chose Athletico because of the great reviews (and convenient location), but it's such a great facility and the people are so helpful and kind - would 150% recommend to anyone looking for PT. They diagnosed the issue during my initial visit and set me up on a recovery plan.

I worked with Dan specifically and he's so great! Very knowledgeable, makes adjustments based on your injury and healing process, and (just as important) knows how to build your morale back up.

He is very knowledgeable and patient. He is attentive to your concerns answers your questions, explains what and why exercises are necessary for your recovery. He pushes you but not beyond the point of what is comfortable.
Gentle yet thorough. The atmosphere is upbeat, friendly and the facility is clean and follows COVID Guidelines. Don't hesitate you will love this place My recovery was quick thanks to Daniel yet he provides tips for home sessions .
