Shawn is the man. Today I came in to exchange a propane tank. He came out to help me and realized that the store was out of propane. He said they ordered it, but there’s just a massive shortage. I was pretty bummed because I had already went to 2 other stores prior and they were out of it. He told me that the store next door might have some, OR the gas station down the road may have some. I was appreciative because I didn’t know where else to look. I went next door, they didn’t have any. I was still bummed, but went to the gas station that he told me about, and BOOM! They had propane!! Shawn was right. This was a major deal to me today. I can’t think Shawn enough. I have had a stressful day and just wanted to come home and make food, but I was out of propane. So then the hunt began, it would have been much longer if I hadn’t seen Shawn. Everyday, we have a hero in our days. Today, Shawn was my hero. Appreciate U Brother.

I love the staff at this pharmacy,they treat you like your health is important to them. The pharmacist always checks for drug interactions, which is very important when you take several medications and a new med is percribed. When I walk into the store they usually know my name or my daughter's name. I am greeted with a warm smile from many of the pharmacy staff..( not all ) But all in all I feel I receive excellent customer service.I have been living out of the country for a about 9 months now and I look forward to going back to CVS pharmacy College Ave in Broadripple.

Everyone here is friendly and ready to help.

I agree that the staff is great except the black girl supervisor. Twice she has waited on me at checkout and she acts like she isn't in the mood. Speaks only when has to speak and does it in a low tone as if she is annoyed. If she could exhale loudly or roll her eyes and get away with it she would. Love the deals though.
