Update: 5 years after my initial review, I worked with Chad again to sell my condo. He is just the best! His knowledge of the housing market in Broad Ripple was impressive and his advice helped us make quite a profit on our home. He is super responsive and made the process of preparing our home for showings and the open house so easy and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond the call of any realtor - since we moved out of state before the closing, he dropped by our condo for last-minute needs, including setting up a cleaning service.
