InTown Suites Extended Stay Indianapolis IN - I-70/Post Road

The manager Demetrius has great customer service, works extremely hard, and manages his staff with great care. While our initial room was not pristine, it was also all that was available at the time, but we were able to upgrade to a different room once it became available. The difference made me change my rating of this place. After working all day and being hours from home, it was nice to come into this room. Everything has been updated to the point where it feels less like an extended stay place, and more like a dorm room or small apartment. If you are planning on staying here, then you definitely need to spring for a premium or updated room (availability is low, and I now see why).

Simple, Cheap, And Afforable place to stay. This is not the Conrad or Waldorf-Astoria so do not expect that type of place. No frills, just low bills. You get a clean room with a bed and table, clean bathroom, and a kitchenette with refrigerator. All for under 400 per week. Perfect.

Your facility manager Dometrius is AWESOME!! He has no problem doing whatever it takes to ensure that everything is clean and working properly. Dometrius also goes out on a limb to make sure that all residents are safe and following all the rules. I haven't seen a young person with work ethics like this in a long time. The new staff are also great additions
to your company... Quality over Quantity. Kudos to you Intown Suites!

The Wifi is really good. So far, no complaints about the Customer Service Staff team. Seen improvement since the short time I've been here. Great nearby restaurants as well. The Geese in view is Awesome for me as well. Fun times feeding them too.

Ralyn she is amazing very friendly good customer service this place is a great place to stay just to get on your feet or meet your goals or until you get stable it comes with everything you need a TV a bed a refrigerator and stove & a microwave it may not be like the Holiday Inn but you get what you pay for I read some of the reviews that people think it’s ghetto or dangerous it’s only dangerous if you put yourself in dangerous situation but if you stay to yourself you don’t have to worry I haven’t had any problems here with the people & it’s a blessing too have a roof over your head instead of Being in the streets thanks to everyone here

I had stayed here at the InTown Suites off post drive for almost 4 years or so and I have never had any problems everyone that works here is very nice

The rooms are mini apartments! Spacious & clean! Bed, comfortable. I have severe insomnia, I was able to sleep! Professional, kind customer service. Perfect location! Quiet! My #1 hotel! Thank you!

I cannot believe all these bad reviews! I have lived here for over six months and I just love the place. Yes some bad seeds have gotten through the door, but Yolanda and her staff weed them out as best they can.

I loved staying here, room was clean, property manager was very nice and professional. My stay was pleasant, very quiet, nice full size refrigerator with a large microwave and stove. Best value for an extended stay in Indianapolis.

Great place to live they not to nosey and it's kinda like living in a studio apartment a little more then one. But definitely feels like a home everyone is nice

It a good place to stay and focus on your next move, if you are a drama queen it not for you and you will be put OUT VERY QUICK at this place.So Drama people's this is not a place to act up are do ANY LEGAL ACTIVITIES IN ARE AROUND THIS BUILDING BECAUSE YOU ARE BEENING WATCH DAILY

Great place to stay if you need an extended stay place. Very affordable compared to other hotels. If you find yourself needing a place for a few weeks then this is the place to go.

I dropped someone off here who had been in the hospital. The facility seemed very nice and looks like they are starting a remodel.

Even though it is somewhat on a back road off the freeway it's a comfortable stay.

I enjoyed the 3 weeks I spent at In Town Suites. Staff was awesome. Peaceful and very accommodating. Nice motel to stay at.

I like it here only thing is you Don't get service after 7pm. Meaning no one can check in. Also they only give one set of towels. Other then tht I like it.
