I went to Lowe’s today to get appliances and omg the people were great. This is my first time doing a review but honestly the way the staff treated me as a customer is what I wish I could get every where. The 5 ladies that help me today worked as a team. AJ, Courtney, Crystal, Jordan and another young lady that worked in Customer service was great. Thank you ladies for the experience and I can say I’m a new loyal customer.

I had to buy a new water heater, and the staff went above and beyond dealing with the installation company. I do not recommend going with their installer who quoted me $2200 to install an $850 water heater. This was more than 3x what I ended up paying another company, including a $375 charge to pick up the unit from the store which is 4 miles from my house.

Lowe's is another place we shop if Walmart do not have what we're currently looking for we shop there. The people are also friendly and helpful. When you have people that go all the way out to help you, it becomes your favorite place to shop.

I am new to the state much less indy to help other newcomers Loews is closed on Thanksgiving

I simply love this store don't know what it is about it I just go in here with nothing specific that I have to buy and come out spending over $200 LOL

The store is always clean and the staff asks me if I need any help.

This place today was extraordinarily fast and convenient. I had just picked up some flowers and some mulch and I went in there and paid for at the register in the flowers department and the guy had me to go over to the pick up area to pick up my mulch. For the team It was a great job.

Lowes has such a wide variety that it makes it close to a one stop shop. And it's not just having the supplies you need as an example, paint, but employees that are knowledgeable and can answer your questions and give you advise. They are very friendly, professional and efficient.

Excellent! Unlike the Lowe’s store on the south side of town that I went to yesterday, this one had everything I needed. The staff is very friendly helpful and courteous.

Great customer service and selections of products. Of course everyone has started on their yard work so some things are not in stock at the moment. I have not had one bad experience here and there is always someone to help and willing to help. The plants are always well kept and the shelves are 9 times out of 10 well stocked. If you're worried about driving to find out If they have an item, call them, they will help you over the phone as well.

You won't spend a lot if time making an exchange of your purchased but not needed items! Ty folks for getting me in and out!

Was the first person to buy a tree this year. Took a picture in their little holiday area for free . Great experience!

Love the places but prices are a little high

i was at this location earlier today and i was able to purchase a washer and dryer set for my daughter young man derek back in appliances was so very helpful and knowledgeable about most if not all of the appliances i had questions about i wish i could have this experience every time i go to shop out in public my day has been made and i want to buy that young man lunch when i come back in sunday with my brother to get a water softener i mean i tell you what he was straight to the point very helpful and he multi tasks helping others all while being the only person over there got me in and out thank you so much lowe’s and thank you so very much derik in appliances please give that young man a bonus he deserves

This store is always clean and very well stocked throughout the isle's. The employees are always ready to help find what your looking for! This is my preferred home improvement store!
