I recently purchased a side chair at the South County La-z-boy store. My salesman, Josh Flow, assisted me with finding the perfect fabric for the Allegra chair I wanted. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I hate shopping but Josh was great to work with. I was in and out of the store in less than a hour. This is my fourth time buying furniture from this location and every time I’ve had a stress free experience. I love the look and quality of La-z-Boy furniture and will continue to buy from here when I desire a new dining table set. I highly recommend Josh Flow if you want a salesman who knows their stuff and is not pushy.

I would recommend Lazy Boy to anyone looking to purchase furniture. Lazy Boy offered design services, which really helped visualize what would work in my room.
Brent & his staff were all great to work with. I had custom ordered a chair & sofa here at the South County Lazy Boy location. After I went home & reaccessed my room layout, I realized the chair wasn’t going to work. I was able to call the next day & cancel the chair without any hassle. (3 day leeway to make changes to custom orderers, how generous!)

My parents and sister have purchased La-Z-Boy recliners and love them. I bought a sofa. Brent was great and very helpful in helping me decide on the standard cushion or the upgrade. I chose the upgrade because I like a much firmer seat. Haven't received the sofa yet, but I'm sure I'll love it.

We needed to replace two recliners, bought less than a year ago from an online furniture retailer, because the footrest was too short for our long legs. LaZBoy had the perfect chairs for us. Tall back, super soft fabric, lots of cushioning and leg rests that were just perfect. They offered many style choices, electric and manual, and hundreds of fabrics at several different price points. We found the perfect chairs for us and didn’t break the bank doing it.

Had a wonderful experience at the LazyBoy store in south county. Josh was our salesman, and he was nice, patient, and very knowledgeable. So many options involved in picking out a recliner. They were able to change the fabric, the color and whether or not you wanted it in manual or to have power! Would always use them, and will always refer them.

Everything went good. John helped me pick out the chair I neededed. I was hoping to pick up the chair myself since I have the means to, that was not offered for me to come and pick it up from the store. He said you all had a paticular method of delivery, but that would nice to customers the 99.00 dollar charge.

I had been in this store a few years back to buy my Mother a recliner. I have many specifics for myself. Pretty quickly I was greeted by a gentleman that asked if he could help. Since I had so many things that I wanted not only in a chair for myself, but also for my husband and a loveseat, my answer was a very quick YES! Brent Smith, who was also a manager assisted me all the way through my family room furniture replacement. One of the main reasons we had to replace furniture is not only the age of our existing furniture, but because my husband’s back has been bothering him. We desperately needed furniture that was taller in height and also a more shallow seat, so we wouldn’t have to keep adjusting ourselves to find the back cushion. We also need furniture that if we chose not to recline, we were in an upright comfortable position and not bending back all the time. We found these prerequisites in several, and had I not gotten the help, I’d still be in the store going up and down like a Jack-n-the-box on steroids! Brent Smith, as we went through this process revealed that he had quite a lengthy career in the furniture business. He knew everything there was about what he was selling and even flipped a few chairs over so I could see the construction! There was a riser that he put under a chair or two, so I could feel the height of the chair ordering one taller. He showed me the differences in fabric choices and told me of the warranty’s and fabric protection. As much time as anyone spends in a family room these choices have to last more than the 4 or 5 years at the average that we had been spending! Spending money on quality saves in the long run and Brent Smith was a lifesaver to help me see the differences in style and more durable choices in this major buy. I can’t wait for the arrival w/lumbar! I opted to order it so I can get my fabric choice. So excited for comfort!! These are my choices, The Rosewood and the Finley chair for my husband. You have to try them out!

Brent was amazing!!! They were very busy over the Black Friday weekend. I left a message and Brent called me back shortly there after. I met with him the next day. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and they price matched! Will do business with them again.

We have always had great service. Never pushy sales people. Josh helped us and he was actually leaving his shift for the evening but stopped when he saw us sitting on some furniture and then ultimately stayed way past his shift to finish up the sale. Even told us to really think about whether wanted a certain color that we might have choose bc it was in stock and we wanted it sooner rather than later. He reminded us that we would have it for “a long time” so to make sure we made the decision we would be happy with down the line. Can’t wait to get our sofa and loveseat! John was very patient with me. I knew what I wanted and that’s what he showed. He encouraged me to sit in it because I would know immediately which one fit me. Explained the warranty information. He was very honest and not pushy.

Such a great experience shopping at the South County location! Josh was our sales associate. He made the experience so comfortable. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable...and, most importantly, he never rushed our decision.

My second time purchasing from lazboy. Last set is 8 years old and still in great shape. Josh was very helpful and guided us to a set that fit our needs. We are excited for our new furniture.

I'm buying another La-Z-Boy recliner because I got 25 years of use from my current one. The mechanism, frame, and padding are fine, but the leather is cracked and worn out. The old one is relocated to a spare room. Can't bear to get rid of it. Great product!
