El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

Three of the four of us ordered off the lunch menu so the portion sizes were on the smaller side (reasonably sized for lunch, but if you’re really hungry, I’d upsize to the dinner menu). Our fourth person ordered off the dinner menu so he could get something vegetarian. Made for a nice stop on our way from Columbus, Ohio to Chicago. Most items on lunch menu $10 and under. Close to 10 vegetarian options on dinner menu.

The food was amazing I ordered the veggie fajitas & he got a guacamole salad with added veggies on top. The sauce was very unique & delicious with a lil spice. This was our first time here & I will definitely return. Great customer service even with take out.

Love this place. It's pretty standard Americanized Mexican food, but it's very good and consistent. I've been to other locations with the same name and menu, but this location just does so of it better. They have great holiday decorations and the staff is always friendly.

Even though I scored the service a 4, it's more because they are always so busy when we visit that it's just hard for the servers to get to all their tables - but they do get to them, with a positive disposition and we always enjoy our dinners when we visit. It's one of our favorite places to eat in Whitestown/Zionsville. We've been visiting for at least 8 years. And I've never really been disappointed.

El Rodeo is EXCELLENT!! We had not been in a few years as we were going to another place nearby which went down hill, so decided to give our old favorite a try again. We were super impressed with the beautiful renovations. Service and food were excellent, if you haven’t been in a while, give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic restaurant. Great service! Food was wonderful and came out very quickly. Salsa and tacos were fresh and authentic. Restaurant was very clean and decor was beautiful. Atmosphere was perfect. We plan to go here again!

Great Mexican Restaurant! My son and I enjoyed a pleasant lunch on the patio on a beautiful June day.

The prices are typical, but the place was very clean, portions were generous, and the service was attentive and timely, though our particular waiter perhaps was not so enthusiastic. The host even hugged some of the customers.

Definitely a "must"!

Arrived 40 minutes before closing time and the host was very welcoming with a humble smile. Most places don't smile at that hour. We were a table of four.

Chips and salsa was immediately brought out--deliciously homemade. Food arrived quickly within app 10 minutes and it was piping hot! Meats cooked perfectly to order, sauteed vegetables still crunchy, tortillas wrapped hot, freshly made quacamole with perfect seasoning, rice was the perfect moisture and flavor and the beans were well worth the bite!

The only knock down in points for the food were the fries for the kids meal and potato wedges for one of the steak entrees weren't crispy enough. But those are super minor.

The value for this location is super affordable.

Always receive great food and service here. It is a favorite for me and my family. Portion sizes are great, and the prices are reasonable. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff.

Visited this place from out of town, after searching for a dog-friendly restaurant. They had no issues with our family dog sharing a table with us.

This is a great lunch spot. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The menu is huge and the portions usually leave you with some to take home

Food is great. One of my new favorites around Indy. Good ingredients and everything is authentic

Great food, great service. A pleasant place to eat . The chicken and rice soup was especially good as were the 3 steak tacos

I'm part if a group that goes regularly. They provide excellent service. Pretty standard Mexican fare, never had a problem.

Worked and ate in Mexico many times. The food is hard to find here. But the staff, the tastes of El Rodeo have kept me going back many times. Definitely not Taco Bell, thank goodness. Highly recommended.
