No issues with customer service. Order was correct and hot. Team brought food out to table so that was nice. Got a Philly cheesesteak with fresh cut fries. Delicious 🤤

The people there were friendly and attentive to detail. Food was delicious and amazing! The workers were sweet and worked well together. All the women were careful and considerate with the food, and patient with me as well would definitely go here again! 100% recommend.

My order was taken by Tegan I have seen her at the Lindbergh and Watson location, she is one of the most pleasant employees I have ever meet. She is always so sweet and kind. Ever interaction with her has been amazing. We need more people like her. Promote her give her a raise. DONT LET THIS ONE GO.

My first time at a Penn Station and to be honest the sandwiches are only mediocre, but I am giving 5 stars because of how sweet one of the workers was to me. I am on crutches and she ran to the door to greet me and open the door with a smile. She has brown and blonde hair and worked next to the manager in the red shirt on 12/10/21 about 8:30pm. I hope someone high up at Penn Station sees this review and recognizes how great of an employee this location has.

I went at a busy time but the staff was friendly, efficient and extremely competent. The food came out quicker than I anticipated and I wanted one sandwich to go. The gal offered to wrap the extra one up and hold it until I was ready to leave. I didn't get her name but I let the manager know as I was leaving that the gal was a very hard worker & I just wanted to acknowledge her efforts. The food was hot and delicious!

Food was good and the service was quick and easy. They bring your food to you which is nice. Will definitely go back to this location. A+ for the staff

This is hands down the best Penn Station in the area and probably the best I've had....food is always on point and service is always amazing....thank you ladies. Great job!!!

I ordered online early and their system hadn't registered my order. The staff took care of me and got me in and out in under 10 minutes. Food was great as always

Food is fresh, delicious and as good as ever. I love those fresh French fries with skin on. I had a chicken parm sandwich, though my fave is their Reuben, which is yummy.

The girls there were fantastic and very helpful. Keaton is always up for the trip

My coworkers and I just ordered food for pickup online through this Penn Station. They were super quick, the food is great, and the workers were so kind! They left us cookies in each of our bags :) Great service. We'll be back!

Great service and sandwiches. Fast service. I had the chicken parmesan sandwich with multi-grain bread. They asked if I wanted onion and mushrooms. I chose mushrooms which was a good choice. The bread was super crispy. I love the cheese and sauce. It hit the spot.

It was a to-go order. Made quickly and delicious as always.

I love Penn Station and I love this location. The staff has always been very friendly and the food served perfectly.

The only slight negative I have is that they don't have wifi, so it's not always convenient to eat there if you have work to get done also. That has never stopped me from getting take-out though.

I have never had a bad experience at any Penn Station and especially never at this one. The sandwiches are good and fresh. The restaurant is clean and friendly. Impressed the heck out of me that a chain can be so consistently great to go to.

I went in to Penn Station today for lunch and ordered a philly with cheese and some fries. The food was great! The woman cooking on the grill (I think her name is Jessica) looked like she was having a hard time dealing with some mediocre employees. Despite the confrontation with her staff she maintained great food and gave the customers an enjoyable show too! I'll be back every sunday!

This location never disappoints. Penn Station has good subs and they have a good staff here. This is, however, the worst location I have ever been to in terms of access. The lot is NOT easy to get in to, but the food is good
