Best Buy

Best Buy is a great place to get all your electronic stuff. I fell in love with their services when I lost my receipt for my TCL tv and I needed it badly for my tv to be replaced. My receipt got printed for me within a second. I gladly recommended a friend to buy her tv from Best Buy.

Went in to buy some cameras and a drone today and amidst the Black Friday crowds, Blue shirt Luke Hanna went out of his way to educate me on several different products and also helped me save money on them. What an awesome team member, Best Buy is lucky to have him!

Cant say I have ever had a bad experience at Best Buy and I have no complaints with this one either. They were helpful and quick to address our needs.

The Geek Squad is the Best! Not only did they come to my home to mount a large TV on the wall, but I made an appointment for my IPhone and my computer to take in. These techs are thorough and really diagnose things quickly! Feeling Grateful! 🥰

Mason, I think he was an advisor, helped me out a lot. I was really wary about getting the Best Buy credit card but he explained everything to me and made me more confident about my purchase. He gave me time to think about it, and I came around to apply and got approved! I really wanted a purple or pink iPad and he was able to find one for me. Very nice staff quick and friendly.

This store is great they have a good selection of things the prices are pretty good.

We were needing a microwave and after disappointment going to other stores, we decided to give best buy a try. I'm glad we did. We were helped by Mat who did a great job assisting us from start, when we arrived, to finish and even helping us load the unit into our car. We had to stand around and wait for help at the other store. Thank you Mat keep up the great work.

Picked up TV Stand on Black Friday sale. GREAT Price $160.00 Saved $99.

I went in to check availability of a refrigerator I had been searching for for several weeks. No other store could give me any idea when this particular color/model/brand would be available. Luckily there was just one open-box available in store that I was able to purchase. I had a great experience dealing with Matt at the appliance desk. The process was quick and easy and I also was told of a dishwasher that was available to match which I decided to purchase also.

Tablet not working. Samsung sent it back to Best Buy. Still not working, Best Buy sent it back to Samsung again. Next time Samsung sent it back it was repaired. I'm satisfied!!
