Kohl's

This store now offers self-checkout, which was new to me at this location, but an associate met me as I approached the register, explained the new system and said he'd be happy to check me out if I'd rather. It's as simple as any other self-checkout, and the personal touch and added support for a new twist at the store was appreciated.

I am 80 years old and your sales associate goes way beyond to help me. It is very much appreciated. Great store because of sales associates.

We returned an Amazon item and the girl at the service desk was very nice! Then we bought an outfit for our great grandbaby and used self checkout which was nice since there was a long line for
the registers

For as crowded as it was the check out lines were very fast. Everyone seemed to be doing their job and were happy and kind. Hard working crews, each one. !!!!!

I shop Kohl's for most of my clothes and Christmas gifts for my Mom. Kohl's cash is very helpful and I have a Kohl's card so get 15 to 30% off several times a year, it helps since the dollar doesn't go as far as it used to.

Amazon return was easy and quick. Also friendly. Sad to see only one employee at checkout. All others were self checkout. I thanked the employee for being there . I refuse to use self checkout. Hope it doesn't happen.

It is a great story to do clothing shopping and perfume shopping the employees are very very nice and helpful

They gave us a scratch off coupon at the counter and saved 15%

Went shopping for a coat. There were lots to choose from. All on sale and I had 35% off. So what else could I do? I bought two!!! One is a lighter weight and the other will be nice and toasty for extreme weather. And then the extra Kohls cash to spend later.

Left my bag there and the manager Clarissa helped me tremendously and if u have an issue definitely contact her she will be fair and make it right!! Good job and keep up the great work!!
